1. Verified internal and external cleanliness are satisfactory.
2. Verified all permanent earthing connections are properly terminated.
3. Verified plastic or IP covers are installed.
4. Verified all openings or holes are properly sealed to prevent vermin/insect and/or
moisture ingress.
5. Verified no tool or foreign material or component left inside terminal box.
6. Verified all test plugs are removed.
7. Verified no loose component inside terminal box.
8. Verified cable markings (L1, L2, L3 or R, Y, B) are available.
9. Verified all temporary earthing connections are removed.
10. Verified cover bolts are fully tightened and complete (enough quantity).
11. Verified nameplate covers are correct for all switchgear panels, cubicles, etc.
12. Verified all dummy plugs are properly installed for all empty cable and test sockets (GIS
only).
13. Verified LV switchboard outgoing feeder cable termination installed with insulating
bellow.
