after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

2. THAT the area of Twenty Five Thousand square meters (25,000 sq.m.) contained in
the Deed of Absolute Sale pertains only to the estimated area of the subject parcel of land;

3. THAT based on the attached survey and sketch plan of said portion of agricultural
land it was found out that the correct area was Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty square
meters (16,350 sq.m.);

4. THAT I accept the 16, 350 square meters as the true and exact area of the land I
purchased, and will no longer claim the __________ square meters as described in the Deed of
Absolute Sale;

5. THAT I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


declarations, and to serve all legal intents and purposes.
