▪Work is on your way. Are you prepared to work? Do you have the potential, character, talents, and
skills to take up the vigor of being a worker? What should you possess to become a good worker? How
will you prepare for work immersion? (10 points)
- Yes, Im prepared to work. Yes, I have the potential to show what I’m and things that I
can. Characteristics like visual learning that they don’t have from others. A talent and skills like
learning techniques while they are performing their work. To become a good worker for me is a
leadership because sharing your skills and talent in working is powerful they can learn a lot from
me and be honest to them if something you don’t know so that they can share also their knowledge
that they know. Talk as much as you can when something I want to know. I will ask my instructor
some question if what possible thing to do during immersion. I will not afraid to do mistakes when I’m
in the work shop.

1. Do you agree to the company’s policy guidelines, rules and agreement? Support your answer.
- Yes, I agree to the company’s because if we don’t have policy guidelines, rules and
agreement maybe the name of the company will be destroyed and some employee are bias. They
can do whatever they want to do inside the company.
2. Was there a rule that you think is not acceptable to you? Why?
- No, because every rule of company or workshop makes everyone cooperate to each other
and make work us one. It prevents doing something that unnecessary to do inside the company. It
refreshes our own self discipline inside or outside of the company.
▪Suppose you work in a police station or a law firm and signed a confidentiality agreement
regarding all their cases at hand, suddenly your friend who was a suspect to a crime asked you for
some documents that are in your office’s possession that may help him in his case. How would you
deal with the situation? (2points)
- I will not give it to him/her the documents that he/she asking and I’m very thankful,
because I don’t need already find and catch him/her. As one of the police be responsible in what
position that I sign even though it’s my friend.
▪Chuck listens to music on his computer with headphones on. However, Chuck often ends up going to
sleep and snoring which irritates his coworkers. How should Chuck’s coworkers handle the situation?

- Check the position on how he/she sleeps if side lancing then fix the position facing the ceiling.
Early in the morning find a good mode before tell to him/her to avoid using headphones sometimes
because when you sleep you are snoring which irritates someone.
▪Elsa and Juanita have just finished doing a house call for the company. Elsa wants to stop for a drink
before going back to the company. Juanita tells Elsa this is time theft and drinking on the job is a serious
infraction of company rules. Elsa drives to the bar anyway since the car belongs to Elsa. Elsa has walked
into the bar. Juanita is sitting in the car trying to figure out her next move. What should Juanita do?

- Juanita needs to follow her best friend inside the bar to approach for what she doing and she
already violating the rule of the company and maybe someday they cough her and tell to the boss. Say
to her that this make you fired from the company. Next time Juanita must not give the key of the car
even though the car is belonging to her. As for her she say that she want to stop drinking.
▪Miller’s coworker and friend is laid off. Several months later the tires of your boss are slashed. You
remember your coworker threatening to slash the tires of anyone who messed with him but this was
months ago and before the coworker was fired. What should Miller do? (2points)
-Miller should say the truth to their boss and ask for sorry for being laid off during that time.
Say to him/her that you see when they threatening to slash the tires of anyone so that they can file
some case to them so that they cannot do that again.
▪Sonya is a new employee. Sonya’s coworkers are Ibalois. The Ibalois are fluent in Tagalog but choose to
talk in Ibaloi which Sonya does not understand. Sonya feels this is rude and this practice makes her feel
like an outsider. What should Sonya do? (2points)
-Sonya must tell to his/her coworkers to speak in tagalog so that she can understand and
communicate properly to each other. At least ibaloi are fluent in tagalog and you may not feel like an
outsider.
- Practice good nonverbal communication to have self confidence during that interview. Don’t be
shy asking some questions but I will make sure that only important thing that I want to know from
him/her. Dress for the job or company to make you groom for the interview. Listen carefully to the
interviewer while giving information to me. I will not talk to match while the interview is ongoing. What
are factors improve teamwork and success? How could my coworkers describe me?

1. Occupational / Workplace health and safety policy- Employees must work within a healthy and safe
workplace.
2. Equal Opportunity Employer Policy- Being an equal opportunity employer is mandated by law in most
countries.
3. Employee Code of Conduct Policy- All employers have expectations from their employees and a
straightforward code of conduct can make this clear.
4. Leave of Absence Policy- the employee must have a valid reason to leave absent.
5. Disciplinary action company policy- You must have your own self discipline as an employee of the
company.
