Welcome to the Housekeeping NCII Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) Module on Lesson 1:
Provide Housekeeping Services to Guest.

This module was collaboratively designed, developed and reviewed by educators both from
public and private institutions to assist you, the teacher or facilitator in helping the learners
meet the standards set by the K to 12 Curriculum while overcoming their personal, social,
and economic constraints in schooling.

This learning resource hopes to engage the learners into guided and independent learning
activities at their own pace and time. Furthermore, this also aims to help learners acquire the
needed 21st century skills while taking into consideration their needs and circumstances.

What I Need to Know

The primary use of this module is to equip learners with adequate knowledge,
skills right work values and attitude to prepare graduates in pursuing a career in the
promising Hospitality establishments.
As a course, Housekeeping is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and
attitude of the students to be able to provide cleaning and property maintenance services
particular for a lodging facility however competency learned may be useful in applying in
any housekeeping position in most types of establishments, specifically, it covers topics
which includes topics on how to provide housekeeping services to guest, prepare room for
guest, clean premises, provide valet service, launder linen and guest clothes and how to
handle intoxicated guest.

HOUSEKEEPING NCII tends to equip learners with adequate knowledge, skills right work
values and attitude to prepare graduates in pursuing a career in the promising Hospitality
establishments.
The alignment of TLE Curriculum with the TESDA Training Regulations will enable
the graduates to obtain certification for possible employment qualification.
