program and will be most effective once you’ve studied the whole course. The examples above are general examples of
POSSIBLE compression settings that are commonly used on this type of sound or instrument. Of course, it’s impossible to predict
compressor settings without hearing the sound and understanding the specific purpose of the instrument in the mix, so please
make sure you follow the rest of the training in this program, and always let your ears be the final judge!
