sustainably over the years on floating substrata made mainly of water hyacinth and other minor aquatic weeds on flooded
water. The land with the water is used for production of fish in the open water and crops on the floating beds. Thus, ensures a
sustainable utilization of agro-biodiversity, natural resources and multiple use of the land. Floating agriculture practices have
minimal infrastructure and costs can also be kept low because raw materials for the construction of Floating beds are readily
available from local waterways. This gives the opportunity to many people living in this area to cultivate using this technique.
The advantages of floating garden agricultural heritage system are manifold. The floating beds are made of free, locally abundant
materials, especially water hyacinth. This is considered to be one of the most dangerous invasive species due to its high
reproduction speed but in this particular farming system, this notorious weed converted to most useful resources. Since crops
could absorb prime nutrients such as nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus from the floating beds and below water, there is
almost no need for fertilizer input. After collecting water hyacinth bamboo is laid on a dense layer of water hyacinth to enable
people to stand on it, and then more water hyacinth is piled on top to make it compact. The eventual thickness depends on the

Let,
y is in unit place and x is in the tenth place
the number be =10x + y
so the sum of the digits will be x + y
if the sum of the digits subtracted from the number than the result will be
10x + y (x + y) = 9x
so the resulting number will always be the multiple of 9
so, to have 6 in unit place the value of x must be 4.
The resulting number will be 9 × 4 = 36

We know that the quadratic is positive and so has a range that extends from some P to positive infinity. What
we need to find are the roots, the values of x where P=0, which can be found using the quadratic formula:

It is not clear that the current global regulatory reform initiatives will be enough to
dissuade banks and financial institutions from risky speculative behavior that lead to
recurrent instability. A fundamental reorientation of their corporate goals and
objectives towards conducting business in socially responsible manner is perhaps
needed for this. Only such a basic reorientation can perhaps draw them away
lastingly from socially harmful unproductive speculative investments towards
inclusive financing of productive, pursuits of all population segments in all economic
sectors; harnessing and fostering creative energies of the entire working age
population. Already growing in sidelines in many developing and developed
economies, this socially responsible inclusive financing orientation has been chosen
by Bangladesh Bank as the mainstream approach for the financial sector in
