Introduction
Because we are responsible persons and we care about our time and progress
I want to share with you some ideas that we can follow to benefit the maximum from this
period and prepare for the next one… since nothing will lasts forever.
Our program will be divided in 5 dimensions, constituting the human life as follows:
Emotional, Physical, Social, Spiritual, and Intellectual.
We will be sharing new tips and tricks to tackle one of these dimensions from different angles
aiming to achieve a holistic performance as human being.

Dimension #1 - Emotional

The Heart is usually known as the center of your subconscious mind, where all your emotions
are gathered.
All great ideas start here in your heart, and if you are aware of what your heart is telling you,
then brilliant ideas will go out.
Connecting with your heart is an exercise that is developed day after day; it is not an overnight
process…
There is many ways to achieve this connection and discover your true emotions in every
situation you face during your day.
Let me know if you give attention to your emotions?

We will see together a method that will increase our self-awareness … it’s the “Daily Journal”.
Daily Journaling is an effective way to review how we spent our day.

How to do Journaling:
1. Bring a small journal, planner, or any other notebook where you like to write your notes
(or it could be any electronic device such as tablet, cell phone, laptop or desktop…);
2. In the morning: Draw down your daily objectives that may vary from business to
personal ones (preferably to be defined at the beginning of each week);
3. In the night: flash back your events of the Day, and try to retrieve from each one your
emotions by describing them into your journal;
4. Try to match if the set objectives were met:
4.1 If Yes check what was the key for your success;
4.2 If No try to define what was the obstacle;

Emotional map
Emotions as everything in life could be divided into good and bad ones.
It is important to describe by words what we felt during the day, because giving names to our
emotions will ease the way to evaluate our performance in different situations.

Here some examples of emotions that you may feel after certain events or situations, maybe
you have some of them embedded in your character, that you may want to keep (the good
ones) and some others to manage (the bad ones).

Afraid, angry, anxious, excuse, shame, bored, disorganized, depressed, disappointed,
disgusted, embarrassed, raging, frustrated, grateful, sad, guilty, happy, hopeful, painful,
insecure, insignificant, jealous, joyful, Lonely, lovable, misunderstood, tense, burdened,
unrepentant, repentant, rejected, liberated, dissatisfied, sad, compassionate, unappreciated,
unimportant, unpopular, exploited, violator, vulnerable

Dimension #2 - Physical

Our body is the rented temple for our souls and spirit… therefore we should continuously take
care of it at different aspects.
Starting from exercising to health and hygiene…
Today we will figure out the best exercises types that can be practiced at home… since I am not
an expert in the field I made a small research to get back to you with the following information.

Personally I do 3 resistance workouts with 2 cardio workouts every week as recommended by
my fitness trainer… I found that this type of exercises fits well in my daily routine, while I can
save time going to the gym and on the other side I am getting the results I want for my shape…
From the various types of exercise we can list the following:
1. HIIT / Cardio
2. Aerobic
3. Bodyweight
4. Weight (Dumbbell Kettlebell) exercises
5. Stretching
6. Calisthenics
7. Pilates
8. Yoga
9. Walking / Running
10. Cycling
11. Suspension Training
It is important to draw the attention to some benefits of exercising regularly such as strong
immune system, high metabolism, good memory, less stress, prevention from many
diseases…

Today our post will be about Health, nutrition and Hygiene…. In other term it is about general
wellness…

It is important to keep a regular medical check covering the full body especially heartbeats rate
and blood pressure….
As for the nutrition it is recommended to have a diet rich in vitamins and nutriments… a
balanced diet is the most effective one to ensure necessary vitamins sufficiency…
Personal hygiene is a regular routine that should be embedded in our daily life…
Taking care of your wellness is a necessity to maintain your temple in a good condition,
because you are meant to work, serve and live throughout this body…

Nutrition & Vitamins: (try to focus your intake on the following)


Aged Garlic
Anthocyanins - fruit and vegetable extract
Blueberries, cranberries and grapes
Probiotics
Vitamin C, E, D
Zinc
Don't forget to sleep well and stay hydrated.

Dimension #3 - Social

Human are created to live together, as per the normal law of life.
That’s why we are born from the union of two persons (a mother & a father), and we give birth
to our children naturally the same way.
This is not our topic for today, as we are looking for some tricks to know how to create our own
social circle.

That’s why we will define two types of persons in our lives:
1. Persons that we do not choose
2. Persons that we choose
The first type could be defined by our family members, sometimes our colleagues at work, our
neighbors, etc…
The second type is every other person not stated above, like friends, lovers, working team (in
case you have the ability to make the choice), etc...

It is to be noted that the way we deal with every category differs since some choices are forced.
Dealing with the persons that we choose is the easiest one, since we have to be responsible of
our choices, but here it is crucial to define our relation type with every person, and set the right
framework, knowing that flexibility to a certain limit is a must.
As for the persons that we don’t choose, it is important to set the required distance between
you and them, just to have at a certain point the most comfortable relation with everyone
around you.

It is to be known that relationships between humans are not fully controlled by your side, it is
50/50 since the only control you have is over yourself…
As for controlling others this is against the human ethical norms, but you can convince others…
to cooperate in the same direction with you…

Today our thoughts will be directed more deep to our relations with others and how you are
leading in each of these relations.
As we said previously you can control yourself and you can’t control others but you can
influence or convince them to move both in the same direction.
Moving forward with persons around you gives you more power to achieve your set goals and
ensure more success in your journey.
If for example your goal is to lose 5kg in 3 weeks, and people you are living with are not aware
of this goal, it will be very hard to achieve it. Let’s think why? First you will be convinced to go
out and get junk food, you will be influenced to miss you workouts, you will be invited more to
have drinks with your friends etc…. and if you say no so you start losing people that you love !!!
But if your social circle is aware of your goals they will understand your “NO” to them and will
support you with something convenient to achieve your objectives because they want you in
their lives.
Communication is a magic key to influence, engage and framework your relationships with
others.

Dimension #4 - Spiritual

Economists usually tell us to invest and especially during crisis time, any type of crisis…
But let’s think together which types of investments will work the most?
What will lasts with you the most?
No one wants to invest and lose this investment in a later stage.
No one wants to waste his time investing in something that will be lost after maybe 1 year.
That’s why you have to be wise enough to make the right investment that will bring you the
best return; it’s your Spirit!!!
Yes, now you will ask me how I can do this investment.
I want to tell you about one of the methods that I usually practice every single day to connect
with my spirit and go deeper in this inner space, it’s the Meditation.
It is to be noted that you can start with only 5 minutes every day than gradually move up to 1
around 1 hour.
Keep consistency with respect to time, place and duration, this is you date with your spirit…
don’t miss it!!!

Time is valuable and wisdom resides in how you are using your time, but instead I will ask you
with whom are you spending your time?
You have to differentiate between loneliness and solitude.
Spending time with your self does not mean being lonely but appreciating solitude. Since in
that time you can connect with your true self, you can enjoy what you are doing and valorize
what you have.
Being grateful for everything is a super magic key to stay happy in life.
Self-time must be an embedded part in your daily routine and marked in your daily schedule,
since it this there that you can plan, execute and achieve more…

Dimension #5 - Intellectual

Sometimes we call someone an intellect guy or girl, based on the amount of knowledge this
person have. But being intellectual is a mindset to have the love to know more and the ability
to learn…
Being a knowledgeable person does not mean that you know everything, you may have a
general culture about many topics but you have to master one of them, you have to
differentiate yourself of others, you have to be a reference.
All this is no built overnight;
it is a process starting from your mindset till your real action towards your desire to learn more.
Therefore we will propose you a list of activities that you can do to improve your Brain and
ensure Gain:
1. Reading
2. Board games
3. Solving riddles
4. Practicing memory games
5. Drawing / painting
6. Playing music
7. Dancing
8. Singing
9. Hand Crafting
10. Doing research about a specific topic

The Learning process is great by itself, but it will miss the right meaning if it is not shared with
others.
Giving from yourself will increase your ability to enjoy what you learned and will plant in you
the seeds of wisdom.

Information are not restricted to anyone, they are spread everywhere and for free. But the trick
is in gathering this information and present it in your way, in your character, taking into
consideration the context and people receiving this data.

Granting from what you know will develop within you the empathy, and compassion with
others.
Think how many times you learnt something because someone asked you about it?
How many times you did a research to fulfill a need or respond to someone’s question?

Conclusion
Life can be so frustrating and demanding if you want to make it this way, and can be so simple
and rewarding if just you change your perspective of perceiving things. Make your life balance
just by focusing on the previously listed dimensions, and live a perpetual progress leading you
to more self-awareness and better management to your reactions. Life is beautiful just admire
it, by admiring yourself.
