Seeking a challenging position in an international company whereby, I can utilize, enhance, and
contribute within the company and departments with my knowledge and years of experience. The job
should give me a chance to show high values added and positive contribution. A challenging position

● The implementation of HSE Policy and make sure it is in line with client HSE procedures.
● To ensure the Project Health Safety Plan is effectively implemented.
● Reported to HSE Manager and Project Manager on HSE issues and concerns on site.
● Deployment of safety officers on site and coordination with the HSE team.
● Coordinate with safety, health and environment issue with key personnel in field operation and
safety execution of job.
● Maintain and prepare safety documents records such as Accidents reports, Near Miss Reports, etc.
● Conducting Root cause analysis for Incident-Accident at workplaces. Follow up of the
recommendations of accident reports for prevention of future injury.
● Keep permanent record of all injuries, fires, motor vehicle accidents, property damages and
crane/heavy equipment accidents which have occurred in the site.
● Ensuring PTW system requirements are matching with activities of construction sites.
● Ways to prevent injury to personnel, damage to property or equipment and files.
● Carry out survey and inspections to make sure that the safe work methods are in operation, health
and safety requirements are being applied for and see to it that first aid facilities are adequate and
properly maintained.
● Conduct Investigation of incident or accident and preparing the additional precautions to prevent
reoccurrence

MS Dos, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint) & Internet.
