1 Problem Statement
There are many problems that have to be tackled for the system to be completed. The
problems that should be addressed are all collected and analyzed, so these problems will
help in creation of the system as its main quota.
Currently the system present in Nepal is manual or traditional approach for buying the
needed furniture. Either the customer has to go to the store and then choose and then buy
it, or they order through phones and have to explain all the details to the customer for
them to sell the given products. This procedure is very time consuming. And it is rather
difficult for the admin to keep all the data also, since most of the product sales happen via
traditional approach. The maintenance of the current database in the traditional approach
is very bad. To maintain the database many workers, have to be used to keep note of all
the activity which is a waste of money as well as time. Register of stocks and how many
products are available, these all are not included in the current traditional approach.
Another problem of the existing system is its guarantee and its security. In the existing
system, the product will be chosen by the customer by physical interaction. And another
problem present in Nepal in the context of e-commerce sites is load shedding. Time to
time connection loss of the light has a thriving problem present in the country. The light
connection may cut from time to time which is a hassle for the people living in the
country.
Sometimes the worker may change the database to delivered of product which will be
problematic for the customer and reputation of the organization. Due to these reasons, the
e-commerce sites are not well trusted in Nepal.
These all problems will be addressed in the proposed system and I will try to explore how
these issues can be can be settled with the help of researching different documents.

1.2 Aim
The main Aim is to develop a web-based system for selling and buying of different antique
furniture’s and decorates using internet.

1.3 Objectives
 To create a web-based system that helps the user to sell or buy antique furniture and
decorates.
 To create a user-friendly system.
 To create different category for different types of products.
 To use a framework that helps the user to understand the purpose of the system.

 To Study the existing system: By studying the existing system, I would get
knowledge about how the system works that are currently existing. 
 To collect data or information: To create a system, different information and data are
required so that the system will be as efficient as it can be. 
 To identify the existing system strengths and weaknesses: After collecting the
required data, it is important to know the various strengths and weaknesses of
existing systems, so that I can implement the features in my system. 
To get knowledge of existing tools: To create the system, I need to get knowledge of different existing
tools like Notepad, Sublime text and many more, and how I can impleme
