Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager .Display the ability to enter and modify data
while also providing elements of Accuracy

Job Description :
Core
 Enter New Merchandise in System Accurately with
Correct Name / Description/ Size/ Colour/Mrp/
MSP and in Correct landing Category of store

 Handover List of New Products added in store to


Ecommerce Team to get the new products added
on our website as well on immediate basis

 Amendment and Correction in Products need to


done by Item Master Team only Correction like

a) Change P code
b) Change Discount Structure
c) Price Revision
d) Change Category Mapping etc

 Work across department and functional like purchasing


and PO to ensure alignment, accuracy, and completeness

 Get prepare reports of MBQ from PO team and analyses


and if Okay give approval to release the PO as per MBQ
(Maker Checker Concept)

 Track the progress of Purchasing Team and PO Team on


Daily Basis and Train Them as Per Requirement

 Provide input to weekly status report which cause delay in


process like (item master or PO created when stock reach
at store/ Price revision done when stock reached at store
etc etc)
 Randomly Cross Check the Barcoding Process if they are
following barcoding Process as per Guidelines like
(Keeping Stock in Racks while Barcoding / Barcodes are
pasted next to MRP sticker etc)

 Performs other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
