Performance Task: COLLABORATION PROJECT “The Life of a Star Artwork of a 21st century
learners”
Hello millennial students! This activity is a collaboration project on the following subjects with your
respective teachers which is also an activity campaign to support and strengthen the National Drug
Education Program (NDEP) in protecting learners from the adverse effects of dangerous drugs:
a. 21st Century Literature from the Philippines and the World - CATHERINE L. ANDOMANG
b. DIASS (Discipline and Ideas in the Applied Social Science) – RODANTE U. DUGUIAWE
c. HOPE particularly P.E. and Health - EDILYN S. CATALIG
d. Physical Science - KRISTALYN MARY D. DIWAYAN
Since the topic on the Physical Science is on Star Formation or Nucleosynthesis, you are tasked to make
an artwork on the Life of a Star in a modern genres. You will be grouped into 6 groups, 10 members, each
group will report here at the school on the given schedule below. You will work together to make a
cemented pot with paint here at the school. As you start your project, you will do a vlog (video blog) that
details the course from the start until the presentation of your finished output).
At the end of these projects, you will be able to attained the following objectives:
1. To convey image the formation of a cemented pot designed with a star and it’s difference from old
genres to modern genres;
2. To describe the role of physical activity in managing one’s stress that provides alternative solutions
to the diverse problem of the society;
3. To perform the tasks and give evidence by creating a vlog; and
4. To appreciate the positive behavior and life-skills developed among students to resist drugs and
become a responsive and productive member of the community.
Task Description:
1. Bring 2 t-shirts individually (makapal ang tela) or pants (manipis ang tela). Cement, paint and
molding pots will be provided by your teachers.
2. Use PPEs such as gloves, facemask, dress in a proper and comfy way and STRICTLY observe health
protocols.
3. Make your own design of your pot that shows any design of a star that projects a modern genres.
4. Work together in assigned teams and make a vlog as you do your pots.
5. Create a presentation that should include appropriate photographs, video, music, graphs, and other
visual aids.
6. Emphasized the objectives of this collab projects and be guided in the Rubrics below.

Rubrics 2 – Vlogging
Criteria Definition Points
Concept Has a clear picture of what they are trying to achieve. Adequate description of 20
what they are trying to do and generally how his/her work will contribute to the
final project.
Script/ The storyboard illustrates the video presentation structures of each scene. Notes 20
Storyboar of proposed transition, special effects, sound and title tracks include: text, color,
d placement, graphics, etc. Notes about proposed dialogue/narration text are
included.
Creativity Vlog has originality and flair, emphasizing important points. 20
Video Video is well lit and frames subject appropriately. Editing enhances 20
