REPORT

In compliance with the duty imposed upon the Administrator under the Rules of
Court and the Orders from the Honorable Court, the following are the lists of the
INVENTORIES of the assets of the Estate of the late Tomas B. Aguirre which
was filed by Mr. Albert C. Aguirre in his capacity as Special Administrator filed
in the case entitled IN THE MATTER OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE OF THE
LATE TOMAS B. AGUIRRE under SP PROC. NO. 96-4174 before the Regional
Trial Court of Pasay, Branch 116 and was transferred before the chambers of
Executive Judge Bibiano G. Colasito of the Regional Trial Court of Pasay,
Branch 119.

As a result of the comparison made to the three inventories filed by the

Administrator, the following were observed:
1. The San Dioniso, Paranaque property was included in the first inventory as
one of the real properties of the estate of the late Tomas B. Aguirre. However,
said property no longer appear in the two inventories filed last May 2001 and
December 2005.
2. All the real properties in the first inventory were all listed and included in the
second inventory of estate. In addition, a property located in Pasay was included
in the second inventory particularly described as follows:
Pasay Property with TCT No. 108110, Tax Dec. No. 1600488-B, Area of
249.19 with a Zonal or Market Value of Php 4,500.00 with a Total value of
Php 1,121,355.00.
This property was not included in the first inventory of estate.
3. Also, all the shares of stock in the corporations mentioned in the first inventory
were all listed and included in the second inventory of estate. But in the second
inventory of estate, some corporations were added. Here is the list of the shares
of stock in various corporations which were added in the second inventory of the
estate. The following are:

4. The list of the real properties as well as the personal properties included in the
second inventory of estate were also the same list of properties stated in the third
and last inventory of estate of the late Tomas B. Aguirre filed before the court.
Likewise, there were no changes as to the zonal or market value of the
properties mentioned.
5. On the otherhand, we also requested and obtained some documents/records
before the court to guide us in the assessment of the inventory of the properties
of the estate of the late Tomas B. Aguirre.
1. FORMAL OFFER OF DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE – filed by
Oppositor Ana Maria A. Koruga which proves that the inventory
filed by the Administrator is inaccurate and that it should include the
assets belonging to Tropical Land Corporation and El Grande
Corporation

3. REPLY TO COMMENT ON OMNIBUS MOTION- filed by
