Solution Architect on RAN Optimization with experience in DOP (VDT, CP, PD)
 
2    Key Tasks and Responsibilities
 
[Technical delivery of customer projects]
•            Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the customer
•            Based on deep technical understanding and ability to extract insight from e.g.
network data to deliver high quality network design, audit and optimization services
according to Ericsson requirements and customer needs and specifications.
•            Work independently and provide quality deliverables per project or service scope.
•            Drive technology innovation aiming at identifying project efficiencies, new solutions
and services.
•            Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
•            Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
•            Customer focus and consulting
 
3    Qualifications
 
3.1    Experience
 
[Mobile radio system competence]
•            Familiarity and hands on with  E// RAN Products, Features and Roadmap
•            Experience in network optimization
•            Experience in Ericsson  RAN KPI counters/timers and tools
•            Having overall network view on performance, capacity and able to identify network
requirement and room for improvement
•            Minimum 8-12 years of telecommunications experience in complex RAN networks.
•            Good in analytical and trouble shooting skills
[DOP Skillset]
•            Should have good understating and hands on various module and features of DOP
Tools
•            Worked at least for 1-2 years on these DOP Module (VDT, CP, PD)
 
 
[Analytical skills]
•            Excellent Data and statistical analysis
•            Competent user of MS Excel, MS Access, and Mapinfo
•            Competent user of Tableau / Power BI
 
 
3.2    Key personal traits
•            Excellent written and oral communication skills, adapting the style of communication
appropriately to the audience/receiver.
•            Enthusiastic and motivated, Results oriented and good presentation soft skills .
•            Self-starter, able to multitask and deliver to tight deadline with little or no supervision
whilst under pressure.
•            Ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems
•            Team Work and absolute co-ordination with team members.
•            Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
•            Comfortable to work in international and multi-cultural environment, both with
colleagues internally as well as customers, suppliers and partners.
3.3    Business Competence
•            Commercial awareness and ability to analyze customer requirements and propose
technical and competence developments solutions.
 
3.4    Education
•            Degree (or equivalent) in communication Engineering or Science
3.5    Other information
