NOTIFICATION

The following is the Short list containing the Register Numbers of candidates who
are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the Post of
ASSISTANT LABOUR OFFICER GR.II ON Rs. 8,390 - 13,270/- IN LABOUR
DEPARTMENT published in the Gazette dated 30.12.2010 (Cat.No. 404/2010) and on
the basis of the OMR Test held on 23.01.2013

The Register numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the
arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective Rank on the basis of the said
test. Each register number shall be prefixed by the alphabet 'S' indicating Statewide
selection.

Note 1: Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to

scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of
Register Number in the short list does not confer any right on the
candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the
Ranked List.

Note 2: The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate
in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at
any stage. The candidates who have secured 41 ( Forty One) marks and
above are included in the main list of this short list. Marks have been
lowered to the requisite extent in respect of the supplementary lists.

Note 3: The Candidates whose Register numbers are included in the Short List are
directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims
made in the application, ie Qualification, Date of birth, Community and
other benefits, if any, to which they are entitled to the Under Secretary,
GR VII Section, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission,
Pattom Palace.P.O, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 004 within 15 ( Fifteen)
days from the date of publication of this notification.

Note 4: SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are required to produce 2
copies of the Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authorities
for producing before the PSC and the candidates belonging to Other
Backward Classes included in the short list, are required to produce
Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No.81/2009/SCSTDD
dated 26.09.2009 along with the other documents mentioned above. Such
candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the above mentioned
community/Non - Creamy layer Certificate will not be entitled to the
benefit of community reservation and will be considered as open
competition candidates . The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.

Note 4: According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script not

allowed. But candidates can aply for rechecking/photocopy of their
answer scripts within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked
List for the post. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked
List notification for this post.

Note 5: Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer
Notification No. ERVIA/6125/13/EW dated 31.12.2013.
