This document provides instructions for decoding an encrypted PIN block stored on a chip to retrieve the clear PIN value. It outlines the tools and steps needed, which include using BP-Tools' cryptographic calculator and card edit tool, copying the encrypted PIN block and PAN from the chip data, pasting them into the calculator along with the pre-shared encryption key, selecting the correct PIN block format, and running decryption to reveal the plain PIN. For more information on PIN block formatting, checking the complete PIN block list is recommended.
