Name Description Resolution

1) Confirm that replacement batteries are all brand new, unexpired, Duracell branded
ER1 Low battery error
2) Confirm that battery compartment is clean, contact terminals have no foreign material
Blood Pressure Monitor (BT105)
1) Avoid moving or talking while taking measurement. After securing the cuff and assuming the
correct posture, consider waiting for five minutes to settle down before starting a measurement.

ER2 Measurement/Movement error Scale (BT005)


1) Confirm paritcipant is standing still
2) Confirm scale is on hard, flat, level surface
3) Request user take successive measurements
Blood Pressure Monitor (BT105)
1) Confirm that the cuff is secured correctly on your exposed arm. Remove all clothing and
jewelry from your arm.
ER3 Measurement out of range
Scale (BT005)
1) Confirm user below 200kg.
1) Confirm test at EXACT SAME location
ER4 Cell/network error (displayed after lines going around) 2) Confirm test at NEW location, preferably closer to window
