SOP for WFH PC Configuration

You need to download below software’s from mentioned link.

Once downloading completed need to install the both software’s

Click on Citrix Receiver application.

Click on startek button


Tick on accept license agreement >> Click on Install button
Once installtion done click on flinsh button.
Need to click on Cisco Anyconnect application for VPN installation

Click on Next button


Then Click on I accept the term in the License Agreement >> Next button

Click on Install button


Once installation done Click on Finish button
Once both above software installation done successfully

Go to windows search bar & Type Cisco Anyconnect and Open


You need to type VPN address in Cisco annyconnect like in below snap.

Click on Connect button. (Note: - Kindly verify internet is must be connected in your Laptop/Desktop)

You will get below error need to click on Change Setting button
Then need to uncheck on block connection to untrusted servers
Click on connect anyway button

Please enter your User name & password ( User name your SAP ID)
Once authentication is done, VPN will be trying to establishing

Once VPN is connected you will get pops like in below snap
Once your VPN is conncted plaese open Web Browser & type the below address

https://aegisxdn-incloud.aegisglobal.com/vpn/index.html
Please enter your User name & password ( User name your SAP ID)
Click on Open Citrix Reciever Luncher button
Click on OK button.
After then you will get the vertual desktop infra like below snap.
