A. Definition
1. Senior high school or SHS refers to the last two years of the K to 12 program that has been
implemented by the Department of Education here in the Philippines since 2012 namely grade 11 and 12.
2. The term curriculum refers to the lessons and academic content taught in a school or in a specific
course or program. In dictionaries, curriculum is often defined as the courses offered by a school, but it is
rarely used in such a general sense in schools.
3. TVL stands for Technical-Vocational-Livelihood, and the TVL Track is one of the two tracks offered in
senior high school; the other one is the Academic Track. However, there's more to the TVL Track in senior
high than meets the eye.
B. Explication
The chart present Tiffany’s Monthly Allowance is 1,000 pesos. The half of here allowance is for foods. On
the other half 25% of it is for her projects/paperworks. 20% is for her fare and the last 5% is for her
savings.
C. Many SHS graduates who want to pursue their college degree may expect to become bombarded with
loads of schoolwork. That is true, to an extent. Fortunately, the K-12 program has already prepared you
for the challenges that you might encounter once you step up to college. In fact, the subjects you’ve taken
in SHS are prerequisites to the degree you want to pursue. Meaning, you already have the basics down—
the knowledge and skills for an easier transition to your chosen degree. In general, you may expect to
deal with several readings, more (surprise) tests, and greater responsibilities when it comes to school. Of
course, these are all needed to hone your potential even more.

A. Definition
As a Senior High School student, it was a great privilege and the best journey that I had experienced in my
entire life so far. I never thought that I was enrolled in a great school that has a Good Quality of
Education. I had met many friends and teachers in this school. and also I learned a lot of lessons and
things inside this school. when I enrolled here in this school, I never thought that I am lucky because I
enhanced myself and showcased my talents and my ability to others. And also we became more
knowledgeable and matured enough on everything. I was so happy because I was placed in a Great
school and Good people inside the campus.
C. Clarification
“Is it OK to get bad grades”
If your grades are bad in middle school, it probably won't hurt your chances of getting into your college of
choice, or even receiving scholarship offers for college, as long as you have learned what you need to
learn for high school! And if you haven't learned what you need to in class, you can review on your own.
