PED 028: Physical Activities Towards Health and Fitness 2

Student Name: ROSEMARIE I. MORENO

Section: COC-FA-CAS-C-26

Instructor: JAMES JERON A. ASIÑERO, LPT., MS-P. E

Hi, Student!

Read the following questions carefully. In more than five sentences, answer each question
comprehensively. Put your answer on the space provided and attach it to the classwork
folder: FINAL QUIZ in your Class work.

(If you can’t edit this file, you may put your answer in another MS word and submit it in your
Class work under the Folder FINAL QUIZ then click HAND-IN or TURN IN )

1. Give (5) FIVE lessons you did like most about this Semester? Explain each of your answer.

The topics of dances and first-aid, which are covered in lessons 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11, are the five
lessons that I enjoy the most this semester. Lesson 5 focuses on modern dance, specifically the waltz,
and covers the right manner to dance it as well as other aspects that are crucial to know about this kind
of dance. I've also mastered jive lesson 6, which focuses on the history, characteristics, action, music,
and rhythm of the dance, all of which are crucial to grasping and accurately executing each step of this
dance. Lesson 7 delves more into the cha-cha dance, which is one of my favorite types of dance. The
details of this lesson discuss the history, characteristics, basic steps, and action of the cha-cha, which is
useful to me as I continue to master this dance. This is covered in full in lesson 10 and is very important
to know in order to provide prevention and first-aid to those who require it. It provides an
understanding of how vital this method is to individuals in order to avoid any troubles on the victim as
long as you know how to perform it correctly. Finally, lesson 11 explores the specifics of bandaging
injuries and wounds, including how to properly apply bandages to a person with an injury or wound. It
also defines different bandages from head to toes and explains why bandaging is important in this type
of emergency. These are the things that I enjoy the most since they enable me to learn additional
knowledge that I can apply in the future.
2. Give (3) THREE lessons you did find "Quite difficult" to understand about this
Semester? Explain each of your answer.

Lessons 1, 3, and 4 are the three that I find the most difficult to comprehend. Because of the
various details it presents, those topics appear to be confused, and it will shuffle all of my previous
learnings, which is why I can say these courses are a little challenging for me. Lesson 1 discusses the
introduction to dancing, which I find fascinating, but I find it really complicated owing to the abundance
of the material provided. The activities in this lesson are similarly difficult to respond to since I am
unable to differentiate the myth and fact regarding dance elements in each sentence of the activity.
Lesson 3 focuses on the fundamental ballroom dances that everyone should know. This allows you to
recognize different positions and perform the dance routines accurately. The specifics of these
viewpoints are discussed, and there is a lot of information regarding this subject that confuses me. I'm
having some trouble figuring out which position has the correct description, especially if it's one of the
exam coverages. The topic of basic ballroom dance positions is continued in lesson 4, which identifies
the many positions that must be performed correctly once more. The specifics that this class covers
leave me perplexed, and it's also tough for me to know or memorize each of the dance positions,
including their descriptions. As a result, there is always some misunderstanding when it comes to
learning, but my desire to improve my learning leads me to study more and love the process.

3. A College dropout student approach you in the bench with his decision to go back school. He
is undecided whether to add P.E subject in his load or not, particularly PED 028 since he
failed
this subject last year. Then he asks you why PED 028 is valuable to Student life, what would
be your BEST answer? How will you convince him?

I'll help him understand the significance of this subject by highlighting the advantages of
having PED 028 in every student's life, not only in terms of adding knowledge but also in terms
of improving skills. I will encourage him to do his best to comprehend and acknowledge the
P.E. subject because it will assist him to gain confidence and guide him in developing a healthy
lifestyle. PED 028 teaches not only about the activities that individuals require, but also about
the benefits that these activities provide to those who value this subject as a whole. It helps
students gain the skills and confidence they need to participate in a variety of physical activities
that will become a part of their daily lives. This allows all students to participate in and achieve
in a variety of physical activities. This will undoubtedly aid learners in broadening their
knowledge and honing their skills as students. Indeed, I hope that my remarks will inspire him
to see the value of physical education in the lives of students.
