Based on your introduction. It is proven already so what is new with your paper?
What is new with your paper about leadership style and a lot of papers about this style?
The issue of leadership style and collective teacher efficacy is not fully explored in the
Philippines. Especially now the suicidal moments of teachers are all over the news, the study
wants to delve deeper on the management and leadership style of principals. Ang bago din po sa
ating research ay this is the only research that wants to know the relationship between the
leadership of the principal and collective teacher efficacy in order to know how it can affect their
work performance.
