As you know, your opinion is very important to us, as it is the best way to know how to improve our programs, attention
and service. Please check one box for each question: 1 means very unsatisfied and 5 means very satisfied.

1. My Welcome contact person gave me a swift reply to my questions every time I needed it.
2. My Support contact person gave me a swift reply to my questions every time I needed it.
3. The program has fulfilled the commitments agreed on with me so far.
Topic 1 2 3 4 5
9. The tutor answers my questions swiftly.
10. The course’s academic level.
11. The course has given me useful tools I can use to prepare my lessons, and has helped me
in my responsibilities as Language Assistant.
12. In case I decided to become a teacher in the future, this course has helped me develop my
teaching skills.
13. Honestly, I am dedicating enough time to the course to take advantage of it.
If any item is graded three or less, please explain why: Whilst the course provides us context on what we can do
in the classroom it lacks in a way a practical aspect in how we may do these things. Hypothetically, the course is
sufficient but when put into practical terms this changes.
14. If I could choose between doing the course or not, I would choose: Doing it Not doing it
15. Only If you have chosen “Not doing it”, you would have preferred to take a course in (or none):

16. What I suggest in order to improve the online course is: Showing students more practical options into
conducting the classroom as well as delving more into student and classroom psychology.

28. Please describe the negative aspects of your experience as a Language Assistant in Spain (they will be taken as
constructive criticism): There are very little negative aspects except perhaps not being able to speak the Spanish
language.
29. Please describe the positive aspects of your experience as a Language Assistant in Spain (this testimonial could be
included on our webpage or social networks to inform about the Meddeas’ programs. If you don’t agree with this,
please let us know): Positive aspects of teaching in Spain include the school I have been placed in, all of the staff
and my supervisor have been great. Since the first day the school been very enthusiastic and helpful in welcoming me to
their institution and have continued to be a great source of assistance. Other aspects I have enjoyed is, the enthusiasm
and interest students have shown towards having a native speaker as their teacher, as well as, working alongside other
teachers in a professional manner. I would prefer if Meddeas did not include anythng said above on their webpage or
social media.

Comments:
· Specific location requests and preferences will be taken into account whenever possible, but can never be guaranteed, as
placements’ characteristics depend on schools’ requests and the allocation on the candidate’s profile and preferences.
· Despite the fact that we will consider your location preference; the allocation process is still profile-based for second year
participants for the above-mentioned reasons.
*We would appreciate it if you could state your wish to do a second year completing the related questions in the form
after carefully considering all these points.
A) If you wish to do a second year with Meddeas, when we send you your placement offer at the end of March/beginning of April, you can secure it:
by accepting the placement and adding €100 to your current deposit of €850 (you will have 3 business days to transfer them).
Both amounts (€950) will be kept as a security deposit.
When we transfer your first monthly stipend for the 2020/2021 academic year you will receive €200 of your deposit back.
This means the deposit kept for the duration of the 2020/2021 programs will be of €750.
Upon successful completion of the 2020/2021 academic year, you will receive an end-of-term bonus of €300.
If you ultimately don’t meet the requirements to repeat for a second year, you will get back the extra €100 that you paid for next year’s
deposit.
B) If you reject the placement, are not sure about your plans for next year or if you want to wait to see if you meet the requirements to stay on, you
can postpone your decision until May 15th.
If you contact us before the above-mentioned date, the conditions described in section A will apply.
As many placements will be already filled, we won’t be able to guarantee a placement that matches most of your preferences.
C) If your decision is made past the above-mentioned deadline, you will have the same conditions as a first-year participant:
You will get your €850 deposit back after successful completion of your current program.
You will have to transfer a €850 security deposit upon acceptance of your placement.
No amounts will be returned until the successful completion of the program in the summer of 2021.
You will not receive the €300 end-of-term bonus upon successful completion of the 2020/2021 academic year.
