I. Routine Tests: 1. Visual Inspection as per General Arrangement Drawings. 2. 3. 4. 6. 5. 6. 7. 8. Dimension Check as per General Arrangement Drawing. Component Layout Check as per General Arrangement Drawings. Check for Components Make, Type, Rating and Identification as per Bill Of Material. Check for Panel Identification both on the front and rear of the panels. Insulation Resistance Test ( 2. 5 KV Megger ) on :a) Power Circuit b) Control Circuit High voltage Test on: a) Power Circuit (2. 5KV for 1 minute) b) Control Circuit (1. 5KV for 1 minute) Functional check / Logic Check as per Schematic Drawings.

Remarks

Check Paint Shade a) Exterior IS 5 shade 631 b) Interior - White 9. Check the finish of the panels. 10. Check for the routing of the cables. II. Type Tests: (Verification of Certificates of Type Tests carried out on a similar Control Panel). 1. IP54 / IP 42 Degree Of Protection Test Certificate. (Validity is 5 Years) 2. Short Time Current Withstand Capability Test (Validity 5 years) 3) Temperature rise test (To be agreed with Customer) III. Verify the Test Certificates of bought out items and obtain Test Certificates for all bought out items and Type Test Certificates.
