Rate: I highly recommend her for the position. As I’ve observed in the interview, she is very willing

to learn and to be taught. She is very articulated, and shows high confidence when speaking.

Although she didn’t have any experience in any organizations when she was in high school, she was

able to show quick thinking with her responses to the questions given to her. She was also the

president in their elementary school’s student government.

● She had a hard time adjusting during the first months of the pandemic since she is not

techy, but she was able to overcome it through learning the importance of independence
