In this dynamic world where a virus makes switch to completely different way of working it is
important to address communication gaps among team members. First and foremost I would ensure
there are adequate forums for communication so that no perception bias can disrupt the synergy of
the team. Second, it is important to build a trust in the team, to the set precedent I would be
transparent to all the team members and give them equal say. I would also put a proper feedback
system in place and including providing individual feedback and simultaneously taking the feedback
as a team leader to improve myself as well. Lastly I would make sure we celebrate every achievement
together and own our failures if any together.
