Movement Competency Screen (PT)

The document summarizes a home workout routine done on April 17, 2022 at 5:00 pm. It included squats, lunges with twists, and standard push-ups. While the person expected the routine to be easy based on prior gym experience, they found holding their body in position while also taking photos, especially for push-ups, to be quite difficult. Their back started to ache from maintaining the poses for 5 seconds before each photo. They rated the overall workout an 8 out of 10, finding it good for strengthening their back and legs, though proper form was challenging to maintain.

Fitness Journal

Another workout routine for this semester that's why I'm too excited to do
it. I expect it will be easy for me because I been started working out in the
gym and learning a new fundamental form of working out at home. Before I
started, I stretched first, not to force my muscle, and prepared my camera
for the pictures. I thought it would be easy but holding myself while taking
pictures was too difficult, mostly in regular push-ups. I took as many
pictures as I could, then my back started to ache because 5 seconds before
the camera took an image. I would rate my workout as 8 because it was
good for my back and legs that enabled me to extend well. Also, even
though it is basic, the hardest part is doing the proper form.
