Tick the box corresponding to the appropriate safety procedure necessary in this activity,
and explained to the students for the safety briefing of this activity.
 Before making any connection make Switch off and lock off supplies, remove
fuses.
 Confirm that circuits are DEAD (by using a voltage tester) before touching
conductors and terminals.
 Always switch off the instrument when it is not use.
 Before energizing your circuit, let your instructor check your connection.
 Operate equipment according to manufacturers' recommendations.
 Ensure that all guards, covers and doors are securely fitted and that all bolts and
fixings are fitted and tight.
 DON'T touch live conductors under any pretext.
 DON'T touch rotating parts.
 DON'T leave live conductors or rotating parts exposed.
 DON'T overload equipment.
 DON'T neglect or abuse equipment.
 Think 'safety' at all times and so develop a safety conscious attitude. This may
well save your life and the lives of others. Most accidents occur due to a
momentary loss of concentration or attempts to short-circuit standard safety
procedures. DO NOT let this happen to YOU.

DEBREIFING
1. Give Feed backing of the laboratory activity performed.
2. Give Observation of the safety actions being done.
3. Identify and explained to the students the unsafe actions being done by the students
during the activity.
