Respected Sir,

This work order is being issued as per the approval of Member Secretary-cum-Director, Governance
Reforms and with reference to the Contract no. PSeGS/Cloud_Contract/2019/SISL signed on
31.01.2019 by SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. with PSeGS for providing Cloud Service.

As per the revised rates received in the biannual price revision, M/s SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is the new
L1 for Smart Village Project. According to clause 4.3.2.11 of the contract,it is requested to provide
the following cloud services immediately for the project:-

It may be noted that:-


1. The work order is being issued under the overall jurisdiction of the contract referred above
and all the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract are to be abided with.

2. To accommodate for scaling the operations of the resources stated above, access & usage to
all the line items mentioned in the contract is to be allowed. All the line items are to be
charged as per the actual usage.

3. M/s TCL is the current Cloud Service Provider for the project and the services are required to
be migrated. As per clause 4.3.2.11 of the contract referred above, migration from current
service provider is to be performed free of cost.

4. As per clause 2.2.3 of the contract, you are requested to submit the Variable Performance
Security amounting to 10% of the estimated value of the contract within 2 weeks.

Due to lockdown situation, it is not possible to issue physical orders which would be
issued in due course of time. Therefore, you are requested to migrate the complete setup and start
the services on immediate basis. The invoices for the same may be submitted to this office in the
name of “Punjab State e-Governance Society” as per requirements mentioned in the contract.
