"I/we hereby agree and undertake to confirm that:

1. I/we have availed education loan (‘Loan’) from Avanse. The said Loan amount is
required to be transferred in foreign currency to the university/ college/ institute located
outside India.
2. I/we have agreed to avail forex services from one of the authorized partner of Avanse
who provides forex services. I am/we are aware that Avanse is only referring party for
availing forex services.
3. I/we have negotiated forex rate with the partner and satisfied that the foreign exchange
conversion rate offered to me/us by.............................. (Name of the forex partner) is
quite reasonable and competitive, thus the said rate offered to me/us
by....................... (Name of the forex partner) is acceptable to me/us.
4. I/we, shall not raise any kind of dispute or claim in present or in future against Avanse

appointment of the forex partner and/or conversion rate offered to me/us by the forex
