12 1/4” x 12 7/16” SWRE416 Eccentric SlickWELL™ Drilling Enhancement

The DDS Eccentric SlickWELL™ Reamer (ESWR) is an eccentric


stabilizer featuring bi-directional passive reaming cutters on the
leading and trailing tapers and flat low friction Tungsten Carbide
Inserts (TCI) in the gauge area. The mass-balanced ESWR enlarges
the borehole without the use of moving parts. DDS is offering a
durable tool that enhances the drilling efficiency and minimizes the
NPT by delivering a smooth and enlarged wellbore without the need
for any expensive dedicated wiper trips. The casing walls are
protected from the PDC cutters by using sacrificial and replaceable
dedicated alloy inserts on every blade edge.
