Project #2

Project Title : Robotic Process Automation Solution

Client Organization : Reputed Credit Company in Vietnam
Role : Appian Developer

Description: The client is a reputed NBFC house based out of Vietnam. Our client wanted to automate the
backend processes using RPA (Blue Prism) + BPM. Our solution aims to automate the daily task carried out
by their Customer Support Reporting Team and also the disbursement teams. The daily task includes the
generation of various excel sheet reports that constitutes numerous formulas by using raw data that is
gathered from different CSM portals manually.

The main objective of this project is to solve the below problems-

 Reduce a lot of human intervention that was needed to get the raw data from the different portals
and paste it to excel sheets.
 Sending the reports that are generated to different business users via mail.

Responsibilities:
 Analyzing the design documents like BRD, PDD, etc.
 Involved in development and code enhancement.
 Work closely with the RPA team and coordinate with them for the template that is to be used for
sending data to Appian.
 Creation of email listener process models to automate the task of fetching the raw data by Appian
through a Blue Prism bot.
 Creating CDT and Query Rules to store and fetch data into the database for different reports as each
report is unique.
 Integrate each report in the dashboard which contains a grid that is used to view the report similar
to an excel sheet format.
 Creation of export button link to export the generated report after providing filters.
 Encryption of data is done from the database end.
 Creation of a timer-based process model to send generated reports to the business head on the
particular time of the day, Part of post-production support team handling L1 and L2 tickets.

End User Computing can be defined as a system which employees create desktop based working
applications beyond the SDLC which are not part of core IT systems managed by the enterprise. EUC
applications (like MS Excel and Access) have been an essential partof many financial operations in the Financial
Services industry. They allow end users to manage, control and manipulate data quickly and efficiently.
However, organizations face a major challenge with EUC applications as they are finding it difficult to manage
and control EUCs effectively.
The main objective of the projects is:

➢ To provide the solution for streamlined migrations from manual email and desktop-dependent
processes to an open-architecture platform.
