Fire Barrier Dimensions: Fire resistance: Air permeability: BS EN 1026 Acoustic Performance: BS EN ISO 10140-2 General description PROMASEAL® Fire Barriers 2 50mm thick coated mineral wool slab used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions, where there are ‘apertures for the penetration of single and mukiple services. The PROMASEAL® Fire Barrier is cut to size and friction fitted inte the aperture and around existing services, using either PROMASEAL® Fire Barrier coating or Intumescent Acrylic sealant to seal all edges, joins, junctions and around all services (see Installation details for further information).
