We gladly present you a report on the marketing plan of a new product Green
Clean. This report will be divided to product review, market share analysis

and marketing strategies. We hope that we can increase people’s awareness

of our product and enhance the sales.

The name of our company is Cleanhub.It is a company which provides

eco-friendly cleaning products. Our company is dedicated to environmental

Protection.

Our company only occupies 10% of the market share.


Lots of people have no awareness of our company and our product.
First,the product is facing issus as it's not gaining enough market share due to
awareness among the target
audience. For this,we have survived marketing and product strategy and create
effective plan to promote the product with selling. We have set a reasonable
price for the product so that all kinds of people can afford to buy the product.
We have followed the target costing pricing approach. We would gain a
competitive advantage,as this is a first hit in the market.

Our target customers are


eco-system. Also, our target customers include h pets, because they are
concerned with ingredients.

2. Marketing Channels

We can market our products in physical stores in Central and Western district,
for example, CitySuper, Fusion.
We can also market our products online, such as Youtube, Instragram and
Facebook.

Moreover, we can market our products in Mong Kok and Causeway Bay where
there are lots of passengers who may be our potential customers.

In addiction, we can market our products in the pet shops.

3.Promotional Activities

For intance, If the price reach 100HKD. Our company will

Our company will advertise on Tv or in the newspaper, the advertisement on


TV around 40 seconds.the advertisement in the newspaper.Our company will
publish our advertisement different kind of newspapers.

Conclusion
To conclusion,we are the fledging company,we dedicated to produce the

cleaning product ,which is eco-friendly and all-natural.Although, depend on

marketing research, our company market share is lowest rate in this

research.However, our company market is stillincrease every year.The future

target of CleanHub during ten years, we will improve our disadvantages and

try our best to develop the products.As our company grows , we will rush of
