Color me mine is an online fashion brand that sell trendy yet fashionable clothes
that are in demand in comparatively low price. You can find us on social media
platforms like Instagram and Facebook. You can also find us on all the exhibitions
throughout Karachi.
Our specialty is our hand painted products. Our designs and cuts are trendy as well
as stylish and there is no compromise in our quality. We help you to add style,
comfort, and color to your life and closet and put efforts into making your
appearance flourish.
Our customers are our first priority we will make sure to go to extra mile to get
them satisfied when they purchase any of our product and also to become our
regular customers and ambassadors because they are the reason why we are in the
business. We provide our customer with comfort and ease. The products that are
used in our products are soft breathable and weather friendly. Our target audience
is the fashion conscious youth who are searching for trendy and unique styles. Our
products are for both men and women age range from 18-30.
Our product line consist of hand painted and tie and dye T-shirts for both men and
women. With time we also plan to add more new, super fun and trendy collections
and products in our brand as per latest trends and fashion. We will introduce more
products like handmade accessories, hand painted scarves, clothing pieces,
dupattas, trousers, and so-on.
Our main idea is to sell quality and trendy products in reasonable prices. We will
offer modern and trendy designs geared towards teens women and men.
The store is founded by a group of 5 females working day and night to make their
brand a success. Sabahat Amjad working as CEO, Noorulain as Supervisor,
Rumana Khushnood as General Manager, Rida Fatima as Marketing Manager,
Rahima Waseem as Sales Manager.
The startup cost and capitalization of our brand is 20,000. Estimated expenses are
up to 14,000. Markup is 21.42% and profit margin is 17.64%.
Like everyone else we are also in business to make profit and to give our customer

OWNERSHIP:
ColourMeMine is a private small scale partnership based business owned by five
partners. Since all the partners are working students, the easiest business type was
general partnership– it doesn’t require formation paperwork. Partnerships allow
their owners to participate in the business directly and allocate profits and control
according to their own wishes.
It is relatively simple because partnerships are pass-through entities, with income
passing through to partners proportionally based on share of ownership. All the
partners of Color.Me.Mine have equal shares thus the profit shall be divided
equally.

Each member of the executive team must possess the skills to fit the position. A
management team is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations

• Chief Executive Officer:
Ms Sabahat Amjad
CEO is the leader of the management team and is responsible for all
final decisions. She must be a strategic thinker who can predict the
future of the industry. Ms Sabahat Amjad plans routes for business
development, and take good bets with business resources. Among the
CEO’s skill-set, the most important is the ability to put the right person
in the right position, and replace those who do not deliver. In this way,
she delegates important tasks to competent people, free herself from
operational details and focus on high level business strategy.

• General Manager:
Rumana Khushnood
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy,
managing people and establishing policies. Ms Rumana Khushnood
oversees day-to-day operations of ColourMeMine, designs strategy, set
goals for growth, maintains budgets and optimize expenses. She has all
the strong leadership skills to manage resources and dynamic
organization skills to maintain daily operations Ultimately, you helps
ColourMeMine grow and thrive.

 Supervisor:

A Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and training new
hires on how they can best serve customers. They also create schedules
that keep everyone busy with deadlines met to prevent downtime while
giving direction about what needs improvement.
Ms NoorUlAin communicates organizational needs and oversees staff
performance to provide guidance and support for individual
development needs. She organizes workflow and ensure that employees
understand their duties and monitors employee productivity and provide
constructive feedback and coaching She also ensures adherence to legal
and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions
when the need arises.

• Marketing Manager:
Rida Fatima
General Managers have a wide range of responsibilities to ensure their employees
complete all their assignments efficiently. These duties include hiring staff,
sticking to a budget, and following marketing strategies.
Miss Rida Fatima is responsible for developing, implementing and executing
strategic marketing plans ColourMeMine in order to attract potential customers
and retain existing ones. She oversees all marketing campaigns for the company
and represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product
management, sales, or customer support.

Rahima Waseem
Sales manager directs organizations' sales teams. They set sales goals, analyze
data, and develop training programs for organizations’ sales representatives. Ms
Rahima Waseem advises representatives on ways to improve their sales

sales potential and inventory requirements of products and stores and to monitor

painting is 100% cotton. The fabric painting medium we used is acrylic-based
acrylic paints. It is the most popular medium of fabric paint because it achieves the
best results. It is more durable than alcohol-based ink. The brushes we used for
painting are flat brushes. The designs of the products are completely unique. Each
product has a unique design and consistently eye-catching hand-painted of the
highest quality. We guide the drawing process with only our hand, and it depends
on our observational skills. Instead of tracing the designs, or using instruments to
