Dear Sir,

Our price to fabricate and supply only the spike fencing with sliding gates as requested per information
provided with measurements are set out as follows:

*Price is based on information and measurements provided.

Note:
1) Spike fence posts will be fabricated from 75x3 SHS with pyramid top and anchor bars at base.
2) All Spike fence panels will be fabricated from 50x25x2.5 RHS for the horizontal rails and 25x25x1.6
SHS spikes x 2165mm long.
3) Spike sliding gates will be fabricated from 125x75 RHS for the bottom chord, 75x50 RHS for the top
chord and vertical members, 50x50 SHS from the mid chord and 25x25x1.6 SHS spikes x 2165mm
long. Guide and stopper posts will be from 89x89 SHS with necessary anchor bars and brackets. Sliding
track will be from 125x75 UEA with necessary sliding round bar and reinforcing bars. The bottom and
top rollers will be supplied loose.
4) All fence post, panel and gate will be cleaned and primer painted with grey primer after fabrication

Payment Terms:
a). Option - 1 100 % at time of order attracts a 3% discount
b). Option - 2 i) 50 % at time of order
ii) 50 % prior to final delivery of fabricated items.

*Fabrication and delivery time frame:

a. 2-3 days for fabrication drawings


b. 1-2 days for approval of fabrication drawings
c. 2-3 weeks for fabrication of fence posts, panels and sliding gates
