The document discusses guidelines for time traveling experiences. It explains that the first step is to be fully present in the now moment. The second step is to let experiences from the past or future come to you, rather than seeking them out. The third step is to shine your light on past experiences in order to allow them to change perspective but not necessarily to heal or change the past itself. The document provides examples of how shining one's divine light can help past stories and experiences transition to wisdom.

4 – INTO THE PAST

LINDA: Welcome back to Time Traveling. We’ve got

some great experiences coming.

GEOFF: We do, and we’ve gone through a number

of really good sessions. That last one, oh, it really

touched me, and I’m trying to channel and it was so

big. And I’m trying to feel into it, but I’ve got to, you

know, focus on Adamus and the channeling. But that

whole discussion about the Akasha, about the Naos,

Naos – I forgot. He spelled it out.

LINDA: Naos (pronounced “Nay-ahs”).

GEOFF: Naos.

LINDA: Yeah.

GEOFF: That was huge. I mean, it took me a little bit

to recover from that. But we’re back. We are going to go into some experiences, as Linda said. So just

a few reminders before we do. Remember that you

have 90 days to go back and watch the material. I

know sometimes people panic, “Oh, I don’t know if I

got it” or “I fell asleep” or whatever. You have plenty

of time to go back and review, to re-experience it.

You’ve got text transcripts and just the audio only,

if you want to listen while you’re walking along the

beach or through a snowbank.

LINDA: Just don’t drive a car.

GEOFF: Just don’t drive a car. That’s good advice

(Linda softly chuckles). So, we’re about to get back

at it, so make sure you’re relaxed, you’re hydrating,

you’re breathing, and more than anything you’re just

letting it sink in.

LINDA: And, truly, make sure that you’re

comfortable. You know, if you’re not comfortable, it’s

pretty hard to relax.

GEOFF: Absolutely, and to also avoid distractions. And

we found over the years that, you know, right when

you’re getting into the deepest part or into that real

mood of it, you know, there seems to be a distraction.

LINDA: That’s when it shows up, a magnet.

GEOFF: It’s almost like flies to a light or a magnet,

it shows up. But don’t worry about it. Take a deep

breath. It’s just there’s so much light and so much

intensity, it seems to attract outside commotion. Don’t worry about it. Take a deep breath and just get

back into it. So, we’ve learned to do that here.

LINDA: Yes, we have!

GEOFF: We’ve had our share of distractions – right in

the middle of a beautiful Shoud merabh, a helicopter

right overhead – and there’s not much you can do

about that other than just take a deep breath.

LINDA: That’s it. That’s it.

GEOFF: Okay, how about some breathing going in,

and then we’ll bring in Adamus.

LINDA: So, with that, let’s start with that breath of

Presence. Just take that good deep breath, opening

to all the potentials. Just breathe at your own pace,

but let it be a deep breath, feeling the energies.

They’re all there, and they’re just your energies.

Take that good deep breath. Really feel it,

that good deep breath, opening to the highest

potentials, each of us.

Take the good deep breath. Adamus is here, as

always, with every step, with every breath. So,

breathe him in. He is here for us.

Take that good deep breath.

ADAMUS: I Am that I proudly Am, Adamus of St. Germain. Welcome back to Time Traveling, and as
Cauldre

and Linda just mentioned, we’re going to be going

into some experiences over these next few sessions.

We’re going to be doing the actual time traveling.

Time Traveling Guidelines

Remember what we’ve talked about before, the setup

for this, the guidelines, and the important ones really

to remember here are, number one: Presence.

Step 1 – Be in Presence

Be in Presence. Some people call it the Now

moment, but it’s taking the deep breath, “I Am

Here. I’m not out of my body. I’m not off somewhere

else. I Am Here.” And in this Presence is the past

and the future and now. It’s all here. And it’s

not actually organized in a linear fashion, as I’ve

talked repeatedly about. It’s all there, and every

experience is like a bright little light shining. Every

experience. It’s not on a linear track. It’s just there

in your circle, in your Presence.

You could say, you might have a little sparkle of an

experience from a lifetime here and from the same

lifetime, a sparkle over there. They don’t have to be

even interconnected. They’re just beautiful experiences. And, as we talked about in our last session,
there is
thing called the Akasha. It’s all of your experiences

you’ve ever had. Not details, but the feelings, the

sensuality of every experience, and these are waiting

for you to let them go to wisdom. Oftentimes, you

hang on to them, and I know you say, “Well, no.

I’m not hanging on.” But if they’re still there, you’re

hanging on, for whatever reason. And there’s nothing

wrong with that. You still have them in your orbit.

They’re still a part of you, even if it’s part of your

past life.

But there comes a point where you say, “No more.

I’m done. I’m ready to release it. I don’t need to be

lingering in that experience anymore. I don’t need to

have it in my orbit. I need to kind of clean my house.”

So you give it up to the divine, to your Akasha and

you say, “I’m ready to let this go.” It’s not about

forgetting it. It’s not about denial. It’s saying, “I no

longer need to cling to it. I’m ready to release it.” And

you release it then to wisdom. To wisdom. It goes

into that part of the Akasha that I called the Naos –

the Naos.

It’s where all these beautiful experiences, all the

memories, they’re brought to wisdom. And that

wisdom then flows back right down to you. So it’s like

you’re releasing up to the Akasha into the Naos, and

then the wisdom flows back to you. It’s a beautiful,

beautiful cycle. It’s the divine coming into your life.

It’s all the wisdom of everything you’ve ever done. You get to the point too in the future, in this
lifetime;
you get to the point where you don’t have all these

lingering experiences – whether they’re good or bad –

they’re not just waiting for hundreds, thousands,

tens of thousands of years for the wisdomizing. It

happens almost immediately, and it clears what I call

your orbit. Those things that are constantly circling

around you – the memories, the traumas, the joys,

everything else – it clears that. And in that clarity,

that’s where you really get to know, to feel and to be

the divine being that you are.

So, it starts with Presence, being in the Presence.

You take a good deep breath, “I Am Here. There’s

no reason not to be. Where else would I want to be,

other than right here. I Am Here,” in your body, in

your beingness.

Step 2 – Let it Come to You

Then in time traveling, the next step, take a deep

breath in your Presence, and you let it come to you.

You let it come to you. You stay right there in your

Presence, right on the throne of your divine Self, and

you choose to let it come to you. We’ll experience

that in just a moment. You don’t go out hunting for

it. You’d get lost out there. Even though you’d say,

“Well, it’s my own realm, it’s my own experiences,

it’s my own Akasha,” that Akasha is pretty big, pretty

expansive. You’d get lost out there. So, you let it come to you. Matter of fact, that’s one

of the keys to life – you let it come to you – whether

it’s opportunities, whether it’s people, other people

coming into your life, whether it’s remembrances,

whatever it is, your divinity. You always let it come

to you. Don’t go out there to try to find your divine

nature, your angelic self. You let it come right to you.

That’s what energy does. It serves you. It comes to

you. It doesn’t want you going out there. In a way of

speaking, there really is no “out there.” It’s all right

here anyway, so just stay here and let it come to you.

It’s pretty simple stuff. Pretty simple, I would say,

dear Linda.

LINDA: Very clear.

ADAMUS: Yeah, very clear. Yeah. Humans tend to

make it so complex. Pretty clear. Yeah.

Step 3 – Shine Your Light

Next, in time traveling, then it’s letting your light

shine. Letting your light shine. You’re not trying to

change the past. It will change because of your light,

potentially. You’re not trying to change it. You’re not

trying to heal it.

You know, healing is kind of a fallacy. Healing is a

little bit false, is what I’m saying. You don’t heal

others. They can only allow the healing of themselves,

and even then, it’s not a healing. What people call a healing is just changing perspective. You’ve had a
lot

of bad stuff happen to you, and you have wounds.

But the moment you change the perspective, then it

allows that experience to change its story. To change

its story. When light is shed on an old story, an old

wound, it can change its story on its own.

So, the whole idea of “We have to heal,” which

you can’t really do for another, or you have to heal

yourself, well, then you get so immersed in the

counseling and you get more into the problem than

you do of releasing the problem. So, people go into,

“I’m going to go heal myself,” and then they find

themselves immersed in all their bad stuff and their

negativity and their guilt and their shame, and it’s not

healing at all. Now it’s even stickier than ever before.

So, you simply bring your light. What is your light?

It’s your divinity. It is your consciousness. It is

your radiance. You just bring that to whatever past

or future, and it lights up the room, so to speak.

It lights up the potentials so that story can see a

different ending, if it chooses. And ultimately, it will,

because no story wants to be stuck. No experience

you’ve ever had wants to be stuck. It’s all waiting

for something. Well, you know what that’s like, even

in this lifetime. Even in this lifetime, you’ve waited

for something to come along to make a change.

And then you get into procrastination, you never

do anything, you’re just waiting, waiting. And what

happens is when the light shines, when that angelic being, that pure angelic being from another realm

comes to visit you and bring you the light, that’s

when changes begin.

But remember that it’s always you. This angelic being

or even if you think they’re aliens or something else,

it’s always you from the past or the future coming

to visit, coming to bring you light. When you’ve

had these experiences as a child or in your darkest

moments, suddenly there’s an angelic being with

tremendous compassion, with tremendous light, not

even saying anything. You think maybe you hear

words, but that angelic being is not saying anything.

What you’re hearing is the best part of yourself, of

your divinity. You’re not really hearing words, but

the human perceives it that way. You’re feeling and

sensing the light.

So, you come to your Presence. You let everything

come to you – past, future, whatever – when you’re

out journeying, and then you bring the light.

Step 4 – Open the Senses

Now, finally – finally is the feelings, is the senses.

There’s a desire that you go into this, and you see

something, you hear something; you’re given dates,

if we’re going into a past or future life and it’s all

neatly organized in a nice linear, human mental way.

It doesn’t happen that way. Eventually, it comes about to that. As the mind adapts to your new level

of consciousness, as you open the pathways from

that part of the brain that’s been shut down, that

can actually access into the other realms, you’ll

get it on a mental level. But don’t expect that right

away, because right away it’s pure feelings, pure

sensuality. And it’s a little difficult to do, because the

human mind wants to jump in and attach words to it

or pictures or you want to hear things or whatever.

That’s all right, but then we go beyond that.

Let me give you an example. Imagine for a

moment. Imagine a candle. A candle against a dark

background. No background, but just a candle.

Feel into that for a moment. You can even let yourself

see it, the candle, its width, its height, its color, and

its flame. It has a flame going.

Imagine that for a moment. Pretty easy. You’ve all

seen candles before, and you know that it has certain

characteristics, physical qualities to it. And then it has

this thing called heat, if you put your hand directly

above it.

Now, take a moment and let the wax part, let that

wax part of the candle just disappear. The flame is

still there, but let it disappear.

The flame is still flickering.

(pause)

And now let the flame disappear into the dark

background. So, no physical candle, no flame. But yet

it’s still there. There’s a feeling there.

The mind is satisfied because it just saw something.

And now the visual goes away. But if you feel into it,

it’s still there, right?

You don’t have to see it. It’s still there. You can sense it.

You see, even something like a candle has a feeling to

it. It has, you could say, a vibrational quality to it. And

even in the total darkness, you can still feel it. It has

kind of a unique resonance, like its own fingerprint.

(pause)

And then now bring back the flame into the visual,

into your mind’s eye.

Bring back the candle, the wax part with the wick in it.
Ah, yes! It feels a little better, doesn’t it, to actually

see it.

Now take a deep breath and let both the flame and

the candle go away into the darkness.

It’s still there. You don’t need to see it with your

eyes. The feeling, the sense of that candle, its

energetic qualities are still there.

That’s what happens when we go out or let time

traveling come to us. You don’t have to see everything. Just know that it’s there. The physical

attributes have kind of slid out of the human vision, but

they’re still there. They’re in your knowingness. They’re

in that, what you would call, intuition. It’s always there.

So, when we go out doing this time traveling, you don’t

have to get pictures. You might, and that’s fine, but

we’re even going to go beyond those pictures into the

feeling of the moment.

Some of the feelings might be strong. Some you may

feel they’re foggy or confused. But that’s okay, because

even if you don’t get it in the moment that we’re doing

these experiences, later it comes to you. It’s still out

there. We just did the experience. It’s one of these little

shining lights, and it’s still there. And what happens is

it’s kind of going through a process of coming into this

reality and eventually being understood by the mind.

The mind has to catch up right now, and it will.

The mind catches up and it begins to understand

things that were not previously in its database, not

previously understood. Through this portion of the

mind that is now beginning to open up, it starts to

gently piece things together. So, you’ll begin to have

more clarity, maybe in the days or weeks to come,

about what you experienced.

If you’re feeling you’re not getting anything, just

remember you are, but you’re not yet aware of it

on a human mental level. Go back a month from now – go back through that experience, through

these recording sessions – and do it again. You’ll be

surprised how now it seems to come to the surface.

It’s kind of like something underwater. You look into

the water, but it’s so far down you can’t see it, but

it’s there. And what happens is it starts coming up

now from beneath the water, up towards the surface,

and it becomes more clear and clearer. That’s kind

of what this is like. Don’t expect the typical mental

reaction or understanding. A whole different way of

perceiving and feeling and sensing starts coming to

you, and then you get it. Then you suddenly get it,

that you don’t have this need to have to define it with

the eyes or the ears.

A long time ago at one of the early Shouds, I talked

about sans definition – without definition. The

mind likes everything defined, and it uses qualia or

association to try to define things even that it doesn’t

quite understand, and it loves that. But you can go

beyond definition. And when you do, when you let

yourself go beyond definition, it starts opening all

that intuition, that knowingness that’s already there.

Remember what I said in one of our first sessions.

You already know. Now let yourself remember that

you already know.

So, in these experiences remember: be in Presence;

let it come to you; shine your light – you’re not

trying to heal anything, but the light itself will cause change; and then finally, let yourself feel into it.
Don’t

worry about not knowing the year in which something

happened or what your name was in a past life or

what you looked like. That’ll come later. Let yourself

feel into it.

So, I think we’re ready to begin. A little warmup

here getting all the energies ready. So let’s begin our

experience. We’re going to be going into the past,

into the past.

Into the Past

We’re going to be doing a journey into several

different experiences one after the other. We’ll just

take a little breather in between before going to the

next one. And remember, we’re not rushing.

Take a deep breath into your Presence.

(music begins)

Your past is here in the Presence. It’s right here.

Take a good deep breath into your Presence.

Isn’t it great? You don’t have to go out searching for

something. You don’t have to go along some timeline

500 or 1,000 years ago. It comes to you. And in this

case, we’re going to have – remember that circle of

your past lives sitting all around you, you’re in the

center? They’re still there. Take a deep breath and let the most prominent

lifetime, the most prominent lifetime from your past

lives now come to you.

Now, maybe there’s a bunch of them in the circle that

are saying, “I’m the most prominent! I’m the most

prominent!” But there’s one, the most prominent.

I know you’re asking me, “Well, what does that

mean?” Eh, see. Just take a deep breath. It’ll come to

you. The most prominent lifetime.

(pause)

The most important. Maybe you had a leadership

role. Maybe you were royalty. Maybe you were a

warrior leader, but the most prominent. Let that come

to you now. Just in the silence, in the quiet, let it

come to you.

(longer pause)

Take a deep breath.

And now that lifetime is here in the forefront, coming

into your awareness. And, again, try to avoid having

to define it. Just feel into it.

Oh, you’ve had approximately 1,000 lifetimes, and

some were not so big. Some you spent that lifetime

just mucking the stalls, working the fields for

somebody else, sweeping the streets. But this is the

most prominent of all. Now, some of you are afraid to be, well, bold here,

“Could I really have been this character?” Just let it

come to you.

(pause)

Maybe a great teacher or writer. Maybe a leader

of a community or an entire nation. Just let that

prominent lifetime come to you. And feel it.

It’s fine if images are going through your head. Don’t

lock onto them though. Just feel into the essence of

that prominent lifetime.

(longer pause)

What does it feel like?

What kind of feelings, senses does it bring to you?

(pause)

This lifetime could have been one that was, well, well

known, prominent, big in its time. It’s okay to let

yourself feel that.

Maybe you were an explorer, an adventurer, a guru of

a type, but feel into it.

(pause)

Remember to keep breathing.

Keep going into the feeling. Even if there’s visuals

and they seem to be a little confusing, that’s okay. The mind is trying to jump in here, but that’s fine. Go

beyond that.

Remember like the candle in the darkness, it’s really

there? Go beyond that into the real feelings of this

lifetime, what you would say is maybe your most

famous lifetime.

And now shine your light. Let it shine upon this

prominent lifetime.

(pause)

With compassion, just letting your light shine.

(pause)

You know, there’s something about these, what I call,

bigshot lifetimes. They’re wonderful. You’re famous,

powerful, probably wealthy.

They’re great. But, you know, actually they cause

more wounds and karma than the lifetime you had

mucking manure out of a barn. Well, because there

was such high intensity, high energy, dealing with

others. There were those trying to push you out

of power, you trying to defend your – whatever it

happened to be. There’s probably more karma with

these, but they’re wonderful lifetimes.

Let’s say you were an explorer. How exciting to go

to far-off lands, but there was always adventure,

intrigue, mystery, danger. You were leading others with you on these explorations, meeting new
cultures

and civilizations.

Oh, it’s a very memorable lifetime, but it brings a lot

of karma afterwards, a lot of wondering if you misused

your power. Wondering why, after that lifetime, you

didn’t go to even a more prominent lifetime, but

probably found yourself in a pretty quiet lifetime.

A lot of times that whole intrigue of prominence,

power, fame has a way of pulling you away further

from your soul. That’s okay. The soul’s always there

waiting, but there was a regret that you didn’t follow

your spirit, your heart. You were off on adventures,

building empires and kingdoms.

So, the point is even a prominent lifetime needs light,

a lot of light. So let it shine. Let it shine.

(longer pause)

You know, as a result of a lifetime like this, at some

level you make a decision saying, “I’ll never do

that again. It was fun, but, oh, I misused power.

I harmed others. I’ll never do that again.” And

you then withdrew, you sunk into yourself. You

had many, many quiet lifetimes, hidden lifetimes,

regretting what you did, and said, “I’ll never return

to that again.”

But sometimes it went a little too far, meaning

you never let yourself shine again, afraid of that

prominence and power and fame and everything else. You had some big lifetimes, big lifetimes. This is
just

one of them. It needs your light. It wants your light

right now.

It doesn’t matter, by the way, what year it was, how

long ago. It doesn’t matter if you were masculine,

feminine. None of those things. We’re not trying

to find specific dates here. We’re going back into

experiences of the soul.

Take a deep breath and let your light shine upon

this prominent, the most prominent, famous lifetime

you’ve ever had.

And then, if you come back, if you do this experience

again, feel into how that lifetime is changing in that

lifetime. Even though you’d say, “Well, it’s history. It’s

done and said,” no, it’s not.

Something happened in your prominent lifetime.

Suddenly, a light came into its life. Suddenly,

something caused it to shift. So, when you come back

again into this experience, let yourself feel that.

Let’s take a deep breath before we go into our next

experience. Take a good deep breath.

A good, deep breath into your Presence.

Isn’t it nice that you don’t have to try to get the

details? That’ll come later, but dates and names and

what country you were in, any of that. You’re feeling

into it. It’s really the way life should be lived. You feel into it first, then you get the details, the small
stuff.

But it’s kind of like an inverted pyramid. The big stuff,

the senses, the feelings. Then it all fills in.

Let’s take a deep breath before letting the next

lifetime come in.

(pause)

From the circle of your soul, from all the lifetimes

gathered around you, now let the most religious

lifetime come forth. The most religious or spiritual.

The one that had the most devotion to a God.

The one that may have been in a monastery, a

convent. May have been in a very disciplined group,

like the Essenes or the Gnostics, may have been even

long before then. It doesn’t matter.

Let it come to you, the most religious, the strictest.

Let that come to you now.

Yes, every one of you has had one of those –

every one – or you wouldn’t be here. It’s almost a

requirement, at least up until now, that you have to

go through a religious lifetime or a number of them

on the path.

It may have been a lifetime at the same time as

Yeshua. But let that lifetime come to you now and

just sense it. Just feel it. (pause)

And don’t try to define it right away. You just feel into

it. Feel that. What does it feel like? What does that

devotion feel like?

All that discipline, maybe even denial of the human

self, the human joys. What does that feel like? What

does the heart of this lifetime feel like when you go

into it?

What does their heart feel like? Is it warm, happy? Is

it very rigid and tight? Just let yourself feel into it for

a moment, their essence.

(pause)

Why did you go into that lifetime? Why was that part

of your whole journey?

(pause)

You chose it.

Now shine your light onto that lifetime, your religious,

highly religious lifetime. Shine your light.

(pause)

Oftentimes, you kind of go back to this lifetime, going

back to its feelings and going back to its discipline.

And you wonder now in this lifetime, “Why, I wish I

had that discipline I had back then. Hours of prayer

and meditation and chanting.” You think, “Oh! Maybe I’m lazy in this lifetime.” No, not at all.

You see, because this religious lifetime is kind of

right up there with the prominent lifetime in terms of

karma. You say, “Karma!? It was a religious lifetime.

It was a good lifetime.” There’s a lot of karma with it.

Sometimes righteousness, karma with not accepting

other people for where they were at, and kind of a

self-karma with yourself for not having been devoted

enough to God, because God didn’t swoop down and

pick you up and bring you to heaven.

“I did something wrong” karma. “I wasn’t holy

enough. I wasn’t disciplined enough. I didn’t beat

myself enough, suffer enough. I skipped prayers a

couple of times in 50 years.” That builds kind of a

karma, an imbalance.

You’ve got this past life that tried so hard, worked so

hard at every rule, trying to make itself perfect in the

eyes of God, and it’s impossible to do.

That lifetime, it’s had some suffering ever since. It

finds its way into your lifetime now, sometimes making

you feel bad that you’re not a monk of some type.

(pause)

Let yourself shine your light onto this lifetime. Oh, it

needs it in so many ways. It really got stuck. It was

really wondering if it was worthy of God, not knowing

that God is right here. Ah, you see, that was one of the issues with that

lifetime, it was always looking out there. But now

with your wisdom you know it’s right here, and it

doesn’t expect devotion. It doesn’t expect that you

have all these strict rules. It only asks that you

allow it.

So, shine your light upon that lifetime.

And, again, come back, visit again, and observe and

feel how that lifetime is changing, letting go of its

God fears, religious fears. Letting it love itself, which

is something it never did. It was always trying to love

God but forgot to love itself.

Let your light shine upon this lifetime. It really

needed it.

Let’s take a deep breath in the Presence.

Can you maybe feel something happening here in

that circle of lifetimes?

Before we go on to the next one, can you maybe feel

things are kind of lifting and changing?

Maybe the other lifetimes are aware that something

is happening here.

Now let’s take a deep breath, a good, deep breath.

Be very much in your Presence here. Be in your light,

because we’re going to ask now that you let your

darkest, most despicable lifetime come to you. Your darkest most despicable lifetime, the worst of

the worst. You’ve got over 1,000 lifetimes, but this

was one bad lifetime.

It’s one you’ve been avoiding for a long, long time.

One you did not want to identify with, one that even

the other lifetimes in your soul circle didn’t want to

acknowledge that was part of the family.

But isn’t it time now that we let that lifetime come in?

And just very quietly here.

Don’t engage. Don’t engage. Just shine your light.

Just shine your light.

(pause)

Let yourself feel into this without any judgment. It’s

not you; it’s another lifetime. Let yourself feel into it

without judgment.
(pause)

This lifetime wouldn’t be here right now in your

Presence, it wouldn’t have come to you if it

wasn’t ready.

It’s a badass lifetime, but it’s caused, wreaked all

sorts of hell and havoc in your soul. It even plays a

part in decisions you make in this lifetime.

But it wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t ready for

the very thing that you come with – the light. That’s all you do here is shine that light.

In this very dark lifetime, it can be cursing and

cussing and throwing bad energy at you and

everything else trying to scare you. It’s just seeing if

you’re real. That’s all. It’s seeing if you’re very real, if

this light that you bring is real.

It’s going to test you. It’s going to be like a demon,

a monster. It’s going to be something you don’t

even want to think that’s part of your soul. But

it’s testing you, because it’s so ready right now to

change its story.

It never set out to do these dark awful things that it

did. It never intended to do it. But you know what

that’s like – circumstances, situations, stuff happens –

decisions are made that lead it into darkness.

It didn’t say, “I’m going to be the darkest, darkest

lifetime you could ever imagine,” but it somehow got

there, and it got very stuck.

Let your light shine out to it. Let your light shine

without wavering, without backing down, without

entangling with this dark lifetime. And, yes, let

yourself feel it. Oh, some nasty feelings there, but let

yourself feel into this dark lifetime.

(pause)

It’s not always fun. Hm. Not always fun having to

deal with these things and not get entangled in

them and not try to run either, but to simply be in Presence, your light shining. Not trying to change

them. Not trying to justify their lifetime. None of that.

Just light and consciousness.

(pause)

This one, this dark lifetime, it’s definitely going to

change its story.

It’s been so secluded. It’s been so banished by all of

your lifetimes, by you. It has had no companionship

at all. And in that lack of any companionship, even

with its soul, it got darker and darker. But now a light

shines, and it starts changing its story.

Let’s take a deep breath.

And feel free to come back here any time with your

presence and your light. Not with an agenda to heal.

Please don’t do that, especially with these really dark

lifetimes. Do not come back here and try to heal.

It will turn you inside out. But come here and shine

your light. Not force it, but shine it.

Let’s take a deep breath, as we pause for a moment

before going on to the next experience. A good, deep

breath. Maybe a drink of water.

(pause)

You know, you in your Presence right now, you’re the

very being that your lifetimes have been waiting for.

They’ve been stuck in many ways. They didn’t

know how to fix their own story, and really, the lifetimes never ended. They kept on going on. Even

though that lifetime died a physical death, the story

continued on. They’ve been waiting for you.

It couldn’t be me. If I showed up in the center of

their circle, they wouldn’t even see me. Or if they

did, they’d laugh. They’d all team up against me.

They needed you in the center of your soul circle, a

timeless being shining a light.

Let’s take a deep breath and, once again, be in Presence.

Be in Presence.

And now from the circle of your soul’s lifetimes, let

what I call the turning point lifetime come to you. It

was a turning point in the succession of lifetimes. It

was the one lifetime that said, “No more. No more.”

It was the beginning of the true awakening. It was a

time you knew was to stop this whole crazy, endless

cycle of incarnations. And it might have been last

lifetime. Might have been two, three lifetimes ago,

doesn’t really matter. Just let it come to you now. It’s

the one that stood up and said, “No more.” And that

began the awakening.

Let that lifetime come to you now.

(pause)

Feel into it.

It’s fine if you get pictures or words or even just

blurry images. Then just go deeper into it. Remember candle, no candle, but it’s still there. And here it’s

that lifetime, the “no more” lifetime.

Feel into its heart. Feel into what it took to say,

“No more.”

(pause)

Because it said, “No more” everything. It said “No

more” to its past. It said “No more” to God. It said

“No more” to everything, to its very foundation, to

life itself. It said, “No more of this,” and that was bold

and courageous.

Bold and courageous. The turning point lifetime.

Now shine your light. Let your light illuminate to that

lifetime, as you feel into its heart.

(pause)

The thing about that lifetime is it might have just

been an ordinary regular lifetime. Probably not

your religious lifetime, not your prominent lifetime,

definitely not your dark lifetime.

It might have just been a somewhat ordinary,

everyday lifetime, but something caused it to say,

“No more.” Imagine the courage that that took.

As you shine your light onto that lifetime, it also

helps that lifetime to change its story. You see, it’s

carried a lot of trauma, “Was that the right thing

to do?” What happens when you even say “No more” to God, “No more” to authorities, to your

family, to everything.

That lifetime has had some very stuck energies,

energies of doubt – doubt – “Did I do the right thing?

How could I, just this human, reject all things?”

But, you know, that lifetime just couldn’t take it

anymore. Couldn’t take the tedious and oftentimes

painful parts of life. Feeling it was going nowhere,

feeling that all of its efforts were in vain, it just

couldn’t take it anymore and finally said, “No more.”

But that brought on a lot of doubts. You’ve felt them,

sometimes thinking they were your own. The doubts,

“Should I have left mass consciousness? Should I

have left the old human concept of God? Should I

have gotten out of my ancestral karma, the thing

that’s kept me in the same family of beings, lifetime

after lifetime? Who am I to push all of these aside?”

Shine your light, because this lifetime will see that

it had to do that. It had to stop and say, “No more.”

That began the awakening process.

It’s not important right now to know the details,

“When was that life? What was its name? I want

to meet it someday. Was I masculine or feminine?”

None of that matters. It’s the feeling. It’s the real

consciousness of that lifetime.

And right now, with your light, you’re releasing it so it

can change its story – at least its perception about its story – because, you see, even that lifetime
wonders

sometimes, “Did I succumb to the devil? Do I just

have a huge ego? Shouldn’t I be serving other people

all the time?” Your light helps it change its perception.

Take a good deep breath and feel, really feel deeply

into that lifetime. That was significant.

(pause)

Take a good deep breath and come back into

Presence, right here. Right here.

Good, deep breath.

So, this was time traveling. Time traveling. It’s

experience. It’s not about saying we’re going to go

back 278 years on a certain date, at a certain time.

That’s where you get in trouble. And that’s where

sometimes people start making up things. They

think, “Oh, well, I have to make stuff up because

I’m supposed to be going to that date and time.” You

know, those things come later.

Right now, it’s about going into the feeling. It’s about

letting it come to you – the past, the present, the

future. More than anything, it’s about you starting

to be aware of the very multidimensional timeless

nature of your being.

(music ends)

This is time traveling. Not hopping into a machine

and zooming off to a date in the future. This is true time traveling, and this is what Merlin does. You’ll

come to understand more details as you let yourself

open up to these experiences, but this is the true

nature of time traveling.

So, with that, my dear friends, time for a break. Time

for a good break. We’ll come back for more Time

Traveling: The True Metaphysics of the Soul.

I Am Adamus of St. Germain. Thank you.

LINDA: And with that, let’s take the good deep

breath, that breath of life, really feeling into all that

we are. Really just releasing and allowing.

This was a very, very big experience for everyone,

each in your own way. Just take a good deep breath

and let yourself just be comfortable and relax.

This was a big journey. Stay with that breath of

support, that breath of life.

Thank you for being here with us, and we’re going to

be back for more Time Traveling beyond. So, thank

you, and we’ll be back.

Oh, and make sure you’re fully grounded before you get

up. You know, tap your feet on the ground, move a little

bit. You probably went pretty far out there, so definitely

make sure that you’re fully grounded and present.

Thank you.
