Hazard-Identification Dec 2015

This document discusses potential hazards for regional air services. Three hazards are identified: lack of pilot experience leading to loss of control; difficulties maintaining multiple aircraft type ratings due to accumulation of types; and lack of monitoring qualification renewals leading to delays in service. For each hazard, existing defenses are described as well as establishing criteria for aircraft experience, additional training, and producing qualification follow-up files with alarms and audits. The overall risk level for each hazard is deemed acceptable.
