When Technology and Humanity Cross Activity

The document discusses three questions related to technology: 1) It argues that while technology is integral to modern life, it is not an essential requirement for humans to exist. Technology improves outputs but is not necessary for basic survival. 2) It asserts that ethics are important for technology to prevent harm to humans and the environment from misuse. Regulations are needed to govern its proper usage. 3) It states that while robots may enhance education, they cannot fully replace teachers due to an inability to inspire students in the same personal way. Teachers provide a real human connection that robots lack.

When Technology and Humanity Cross Activity
Answer the questions below and cite your references (APA style) properly.
1. Do people really need technology in their lives? Is it really a necessity? Explain
comprehensively.
Technology has become an integral component of our daily life. The majority of our daily
duties are heavily reliant on technology. We utilize it in our jobs, enterprises, and so on. The
cellphone is one of the most often used technologies we have. Cellphones have been a huge
aid in our daily lives because they can be used for entertainment, commerce, communication,
and news dissemination, among other things. In addition, technology advancements have
simplified our labor or tasks. Increasing and improving our outputs, particularly in manufacturing.
Despite all of these benefits, people who live in remote locations may attest to the fact
that humans can exist without technology. On the other hand, without technology, businesses
and others would be severely harmed. On my opinion, I disagree because, individuals can exist
without technology because it is not one of humanity's essential requirements. We only require
technology for entertainment and information in our daily lives, such as at work. Technology isn't
the only thing that's required.
2. Should there be an ethics of technology? Discuss your answer.
Definitely, all the science and technology need ethics to be maintained so that we
humans do not harm others and the Earth for our benefits. The ethics in technology helps
humans to build moral grounds on which each technology is used. A technology is made for
making the life of humans better but if that technology is used by a human to harm others or the
earth, then is can be a disaster. Hence, considering what disasters the wrong usage of a
technology can does, ethics in technology need to be thoroughly followed.
Yes, there should be an ethics even in technology. Ethics refers to all the regulation and
rules of decorum or manners based on ideas about what is morally good and bad. Ethics should
exist in technology to prevent unnecessary words, cyberbullying and sexual activities. Ethics
should exist in technology to prevent unnecessary words, cyberbullying and sexual activities.
3. Do you believe robots can really replace teachers? Why? or why not?
Robots cannot replace teachers because they can't inspire students. In a world where
young people are retreating more and more into virtual unreality, the teaching profession has
become more important than it ever was. It is teaching that keeps it real – teaching that keeps
young people alive. Because robots aren't real people. People dedicate only the words what to
say the robot. Teacher is smarter than robot. They are only mechanic people. it's better to have
a real person to talk and interact with students and having a robot talking and lecturing might be
creepy to students specially kids. Robots can play an important role in the education of young
people but will never fully replace teachers.
