Media and Information Literacy Daily Lesson Log

This weekly learning plan is for grade 12 students in Media and Information studies. Over the course of the week, students will learn about the different stages of multimedia production and analyze sample multimedia content. They will identify the three stages of multimedia production and classify steps into each stage. Students will also analyze two posters to identify the thesis statement, intended audience, and purpose. On the last day, students will view screenshots from an award-winning short film and answer questions about its thesis, audience, purpose, style, innovative ideas, language, alternative platforms, and what audience may do after viewing.
