Condonation of Delay App..

The petitioner is seeking to condone a delay in filing a review petition related to an earlier Special Leave Petition against a 2018 order from the Madras High Court. The petitioner argues the delay is due to the death of their advocate from COVID in 2021, making it difficult to access case documents, and the extra time needed to prepare the application. They request the Supreme Court to condone the delay and hear the review petition.
