THEME AND WISHLIST

THEME: Main motive of this sprint is to make the registered user able to login to the application
using their correct credentials. Authentication will be done by the admin of the application.

WISHLIST: To develop a database which keeps record of user authentication details for
registered user. Moreover, new user credentials should be stored in a systematic way in the
company database.

Agenda Item 1: Demonstration Feedback

1) The homepage of the application should be simple and easy to use.

2) Home page should contain consistent color rather than combination of many.

3) The application should be easily navigable, and pages should open conveniently.

4) Sunny suggested to put safety information booklet on the first page which was
happily endorsed by the team members.

5) Client was happy about the project progress and provided feedbacks for improvement.

Agenda 2: Theme of next sprint

1)Upload all the travel destinations with relevant information and make it available for customer use.

2) Provide platform for admin to delete and modify the destination as well as filter unwanted users.

3) As per client suggestion attempt to provide at least 6 more functionality to the application.

Item 1: What went well?

 The team dynamic as we resolved issues with excellent.

 Everyone works as productive team and deliver all tasks with time.

 Had a good feedback from client.

 Good communication and mutual understanding between team members.
 Project manager had good leadership skills and divided all tasks according to team member
skills.

Item 2: What could be improved?

 Getting everyone in the meeting could be improved team members had different time
availability.
 Feedback from client could be improved.
 Organizing work properly between team members could be improved.
 Updating regarding given tasks could be improved.
 Scrum meeting were good but not enough good be improved.

Item3: what is not in our control?

 Technical issues while designing app on app inventor.

 If team member is sick and cannot complete task and attend meetings as well.

 Coding issues while designing app and many more.

STATEMENTS OF CONTRIBUTION

1. Yogesh (Scrum Master)

Directed to desired plan, engaging team members in order to complete plan, ensuring
the team lives agile value and principles and follows the processes and practices that
team will be happy to do and complete the first part of the sprint theme and product
backlog.
2. Akash deep Singh (Developer)

Developed a sprint plan and help other team members with other product backlog
followed by contribution to the overall sprint objectives. Confirm the sprint deliverables
to meet the requirements.

Providing regular updates to the manager and stakeholder, Advice the sprint issue
followed by discussion about the retrospective meeting of the development process.

Documented the file process, updates on sprint issues, establishing path to complete
sprint schedule and many more.
