■ Student Consent

In connection with and consideration of my participation in the Nihongo Career Training


Program, I _________________ will agree as follows:

● By signing in for this Nihongo Career Training Program by Zenken India LLP, I
understand that I will be expected to meet all the requirements of the course, including
regular attendance and adherence. I understand that if I have poor attendance and
behavior I will be blocked from Japan placement activities.

● I agree that I will be a participant in on-campus Japanese placement activities by Zenken


India LLP and I am willing to undertake possible relocation to Japan. My parents have no
objection from undergoing placement activities for Japan through Zenken India LLP.

● I agree to prioritize placement activities by Zenken India LLP over other companies’
placement activities, and in case I received a job offer from a company introduced by
Zenken India LLP then I would prioritize that job offer over any other company’s offer.

● I agree that in case I am not committed, or I decline the job offer from a company
introduced by Zenken India LLP then I will have to reimburse the course fee (5,000 INR)

■ Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to students enrolled in _______________________


who hereby apply to our Nihongo Career Training Program (hereinafter referred to as
Students).

1.The Students’ personal information will be provided to ZENKEN INDIA LLP (hereinafter
referred to as Zenken India) for the purpose of improving service quality and for recruitment
purposes in Japan. Zenken India may provide the Students’ personal information to its affiliate,
Zenken Corporation, whose registered office is at Shinjuku Central Park Tower, 6-8-11 Nishi-
Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan with the Corporate number of 4011101011096 for the
same purposes as above.

Zenken India will endeavor to provide quality services. However, it does not guarantee to the
Students the specific quality of the program, the result thereof or employment placement of
the Students to Japanese companies.

2. Zenken India retains all intellectual property including copyrights of the course
materials and promotional materials. The students shall not duplicate, disclose, distribute, or
sell the said materials to any person who is not enrolled in the course.

3. The recipient shall not disclose or divulge the confidential information to any third party
without the prior written consent of the disclosure.

4. The Students ensures that they have not involved or will not involve in activities related
to or leading to any terrorism, crimes, violence, threatening to the order or safety of the civil
society, human trafficking, smuggling of arms weapon or other prohibited items, corruption,
bribery, money-laundering and/or other such activities as deemed illicit or inhumane.

I CERTIFY THAT I AM 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT I HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD
AND AGREED TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY WITH FULL
KNOWLEDGE OF ITS SIGNIFICANCE.
