The circuit contains an evaluation circuit for potential-free input signals of an inductive sensor. The circuit
evaluates the negative zero crossing of the sensor signal.
POLARITY: CHECK THE FIRST HALF WAVE AFTER THE NO SIGNAL TIME, APPLIED IN THE POSITIVE PIN INPUT
-> FIRST SIGNAL SHAPE MUST BE RISING
IT MUST USE SHIELDED AND TWISTED PAIR WIRES FOR CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE ECU AND THE
SENSOR
The Pickup Circuit is equipped with a complex arm-trigger threshold tracking features, for adapting the ratio
between frequency and voltage, and filtering the noise. In the software setting, the user can modify the enable
or not of this features.
The Threshold Internal Voltage reference is used as comparing value for setting the Arm-Trigger Point. In the
Example image shown above, the filter was switched ON.
The Incorrect setting of the filter value can generate a wrong pulse in case of noise or signal fluctuations, because
the arm-trigger threshold moving down to zero while the crankshaft continues to rotate regularly.
In the example image shown above, the filter was switched OFF
THE SPEED HALL SENSOR, TYPICALLY ARE WITH OPEN DRAIN OUTPUT N TYPE
FOR THE CORRECT COUNT, THE SIGNAL MUST BE SQUARE OR SINUSOIDAL, BUT EVER WITH 50% OF
DUTY CYCLE

The Maximum VPOWER current ( for fuse protection ) must be calculate in function of the Hbridge overcurrent
setting, plus the current driving to the HISIDE OUTPUT ( 7A ) if used. The maximum current for the Board are
500mA. In case of managing a double DC MOTOR with high current, must be dimensioned correctly all wiring
sizes, positive and negative also. There is a possibility of a current peak up to 24 A without injectors and coils.
The measure of the ECU voltage will be affected to the any voltage drops.

The circuit is designed for supply with Gnd reference and two stabilized +5V DC, the sensor connected to the
Ecu. There are Two positive lines, for balancing and the division of the group of sensors. The Sensors supply feed
are managed and checked by internal logical. They are protected against the overvoltage and/or overcurrent
condictions.

The circuit is designed for driving the inductive load like injectors, valve , lamps etc. The outputs are open drain
type N, that manage the current direction flow to GND power. The circuits limits the spike voltage generated by
the inductive commutation with a Zener diode. Check that maximum energy generated by the load connected,
it’s not more of the permissible. If the current is over the maximum permissible, the output will be switched off
and the overload condition will be shown in memory.
THE MFO1 OUTPUT IT’S DESIGN FOR LOAD RELAY OR FUEL PUMP RELAY. THE CURRENT THROUGH
BY THE DIODE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REVERSE BATTERY.
IN CASE THAT THE HBRIDGE OUTPUT ARE USED AS SINGLE N TYPE OUTPUT, PAY ATTENTION TO THE
POSSIBILE CURRENT LOOP BY FREEWHEELING DIODE OF THE HISIDE MOSFET FROM CONNECTED LOAD
TO THE INTERNAL ECU POWER SUPPLY.
!!HIGHT VOLTAGE PINS !! DON’T TOUCH THE CIRCUIT, WIRINGS AND COILS DURING OPERATION.
WAIT AT LEAST ONE MINUTE AFTER THE ENGINE STOPPING, BEFORE TOUCH THE PARTS.

POWER SUPPLY
The schematic is designed as reference example about the ecu and loads correct power supply. The goal it's also
the protection against the reverse battery connection. The others different solutions, are forbidden, may dam-
age the ecu or cause improper or unwanted managing of the loads. In case of the ecu failure, the manufacturer
will be reserved to check the damage of the internal driving circuit. In case of the damage caused by non-com-
pliance with that schematic, it will be easily traceable and can not be recognized warranty conditions.

THE ECU IT'S EQUIPPED WITH A POWER LATCH FUNCTION. THE VPOWER LINE MUST BE ALWAYS
POWERED, ALSO WITH KEY IN OFF POSITION.
The schematic is designed as reference example for correct connections with typical components of Ride by
Wire ( or Drive by wire ). The sensors are redundant like the wires and the power supply lines. The ecu pins
used are designed for the specific use. Other connection modes may be not compatible with the sensors used,
then forbidden. Contact the technical support for the compatibility of the devices used.

log input. In this way, it’s possible to use one analog lines with more switches. In the example, there is also a
input connected with active pressure sensor; use this connection only if the sensors it’s equipped with push-
pull output
