5. SEE INSTALLATION MANUAL 190-01937-00 FOR GROUND STUD BUILD UP. 34. PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY, CLEAN CABLE AND CLAMPS TO REMOVE ANY GREASE OR RESIDUE. USING A CALIBRATED TORQUE WRENCH,
TIGHTEN NUTS TO 60 IN-LB, THEN IF NECESSARY TIGHTEN NUT TO NEXT CASTELLATION TO ALIGN HOLES AND SECURE IN PLACE WITH
6. FOR WIRE MANAGEMENT, USE SPIRAL WRAP, A-A-59602, TYPE I, CLASS C. COTTER PIN IN. APPLY TORQUE SEAL TAMPER INDICATOR AT INTERSECTION OF CABLE AND CLAMPS.

1. ENSURE AILERON CABLES ARE RIGGED AND TENSIONED AS OUTLINED IN THE KING AIR F90 MAINTENANCE MANUAL, SECTION 27-10-00 FIGURE 3.

2. SET AILERONS IN NEUTRAL POSITION.

3. ASSEMBLE SERVO GEARBOX CAPSTAN AS SHOWN BELOW.

4. REMOVE THE PART NUMBER LABELS FROM THE 233-20015-00 AND 233-20017-00 ROLL CABLE ASSEMBLIES.

32 5. LOOKING AT THE CAPSTAN, POSITION THE CAPSTAN SO THAT THE INNER CABLE BALL POSITION IS AT PIN LOCATION K. INSERT THE BALL OF 233-20017-00 IN THE INNER CABLE BALL POSITION AND WRAP THE CABLE APPROXIMATELY 1 3/4 TURNS COUNTER CLOCKWISE. THE CABLE END
