1. BEFORE LOCATING PULLEY BRACKET ASSEMBLY, ENSURE ELEVATOR AND SERVO CABLES ARE TENSIONED PER STEPS 1 AND 9, SHT 15.
2. LOCATE PULLEY BRACKET ASSEMBLY TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM CABLE CLEARANCE AT EACH HOLE IN THE VERTICAL STABILIZER RIB STRUCTURE AND TO PREVENT THE ELEVATOR CABLES FROM RUBBING AGAINST THE PULLEY FLANGES.
3. MAINTAIN SPECIFIED CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE ELEVATOR CABLE AND FORWARD FEEDTHROUGH AS SHOWN IN DETAIL BM, MOVE ELEVATOR STOP TO STOP WHILE VERIFYING CLEARANCE.
IF UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CLEARANCE IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO TRIM THE CANT-RIB STA 24.973 WEB AS SHOWN IN DETAIL BN. REPOSITION THE ELEVATOR PULLEY BRACKETS SUCH TO PROVIDE CLEARANCE IN DETAIL BM.
AFTER TRIM (IF REQ'D) ENSURE CABLE CLEARANCE ON FEEDTHROUGH HOLES LOCATED AT CANT-RIB STA 11.50, STA 24.973 AND STA 39.289.
