Act 1

Iago and Rodrigo have a conversation


walking up towards Brabantio’s house
while Iago manipulated Rodrigo’s thoughts.

They talk to Brabantio saying his daughter


was stolen by using animalistic language.

Brabrantio goes to the military to try arrest


Othello

Othello and iago talk outside the saggitary

Then everyone enters the saggitary and


brabrantio complains

Othello defends his marriage

Duke accepts Othello and desdemonas


marriage

Brabantio disowns Desdemona

New topic of war is brought up

Turkish fleets disrupted by storm

Othello and Desdemona go to cyprus


Act 2 In cyprus there is a big party

Iago gets cassio drunk

Rodrigo and cassio fight

Cassio stabs montano as he tries to contain


him

Cassio stripped of new rank

Iago plans to make Othello think cassio and


Desdemona have an affair

Iago gets emilia to make Desdemona beg to


make cassio general again
Act 3 Desdemona tries to make Othello reinstate
cassio
Iago makes Othello think something is up
Iago pretends to be reluctant to thell
Othello about cassio and Desdemona

Othello begins to believe iago

Emilia steals hankerchief off the ground

Emilia gives hankerchief to iago

Othello believes Desdemona is cheating

Iago says cassio has the hankerchief

Othello instructs iago to kill cassio and says


he will kill Desdemona

In a new scene Othello greets Desdemona


and says her hand is hot, and asks for
hankerchief

Desdemona doesn’t have the hankerchief


but doesn’t tell him that

Othello orders her to bring it to him

Cassio asks Desdemona to continue to


pester Othello about his rank

Desdemona says Othello is mad because of


some army thing to herself

Bianca accuses cassio of neglecting her and


cassio gives her the hankerchief.

Act 4 Iago tells Othello that cassio was bragging


about smashing Desdemona

Othello is so mad he has epilepsy

When he wakes up he vows to kill them


both

Iago tells Othello to hide and brings cassio

Iago makes Othello think they are talking


about Desdemona but they are actually
talking about bianca

Bianca comes in and shows the


handkerchief and tells cassio that she
thinks he is cheating

When cassio leaves Othello vows to kill


them even more

Next scene lodovico arrives and gives


Othello a letter saying Othello is getting
deported away and cassio gets his spot

Desdemona comes and says she is glad of


this so Othello can rest his mind

Othello five stars desdemonas face

He orders her to leave and to go to bed

Her relatives are shocked and ask Othello


why he is so harsh

In the room, emilia helps Desdemona get


ready for bed

Desdemona whines about Othello and sings


a song about trees
