4. Communications with the workforce


How are the procedures, hazards to be communicated to the workforce?

- Method Statement and JSA will be explained to the personnel by the Site Supervisor, Permit Holder and HSSE
Officer together, prior to start of work on the work scope and the risks/hazards involved
- The precaution to be taken and hazards that can be avoided, etc. This is to ensure all personnel on site are
aware of the job that they undertake, and the risk involve.

5. How will the work be completed, i.e. Procedure step by step


Work will be start after the PTW issued by operation.
A. EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
1. This job is in continuation with previous job so that already submitted ERP will be considered valid & will
attached with PTW and same will be delivered to our team through Tool Box Talk. In-case of emergency
AVANCEON will report to the nearest MUSTER POINT.
B. ISSUANCE OF PTW
1. Tool Box Talk will be conducted to discuss Scope of Work, Job Hazards and their Mitigation Steps.
2. Joint site survey with SPL team and Avanceon team will elaborate scope of work, job hazards and

4. PTW will be issued before the starting of the job along with the required Certificates.
C. PRE-SHUTDOWN ACTIVITES

A.
Installation of IHHLA Cable tagging.
Step 06: House keeping:
● Ensure proper house keeping and area clearance before leaving the work site.
● Ensure if the job is completed before removing the barrication. Otherwise barricade the area to limit the entrance
of unauthorized personnel.
