Electoral Politics Roleplay Script

Scene 1: Campaigning by Party Representatives

Roles: 3 Members - Representatives from AAP, BJP, and Congress

Guragam (Narrator): "As election season begins, political parties are actively campaigning
to win the support of the people. Three parties—AAP, BJP, and Congress—will now present
their promises and vision for the country."

Daniel (AAP Representative 1): "Greetings, everyone! We are from the Aam Aadmi Party,
committed to transparency and public welfare. If elected, we promise to improve public
services, cleaner governance, and access to quality education for all!"

"Your future matters to us! A vote for AAP is a vote for honesty and equal opportunities for
every citizen."

Arush (BJP Representative 1): "Hello, citizens! We are here representing the Bharatiya
Janata Party, standing for a strong and secure India. Our vision includes bolstering national
security, promoting economic development, and preserving our cultural heritage."

"If you choose BJP, we will ensure prosperity and a secure future for all!"

Rishon (Congress Representative 1): "People of our great nation, Congress has always been
by your side. We focus on education, healthcare, and social equality. Vote for Congress,
and we will make sure every citizen receives quality education and healthcare."

"With Congress, no one will be left behind. Together, let’s build a stronger, more inclusive
society for everyone."

Scene 2: Voting Day at the Booths

Roles: 6 Members - Polling Officer and Voters

Guragam (Narrator): "After a week of lively campaigning, it’s time for citizens to cast
their votes at the polling booths."

Abishek (Polling Officer): "Welcome! Please approach the booth one by one to cast your
vote."

Zohair (Voter 1): "I’m excited to vote for a party that will prioritize clean governance!"
(casts vote for AAP)

Rehan (Voter 2): "I hope my vote brings a strong and secure future for our nation."
(casts vote for BJP)
Emran (Voter 3): "My vote goes to education and healthcare improvements." (casts vote
for Congress)

Mubeen (Voter 4): "It’s my first time voting; I hope it counts toward a brighter
tomorrow." (casts vote as per choice)

Omar (Voter 5): "Every vote matters! I’m glad to make my voice heard in this election."
(casts vote as per choice)

Aalekh (Polling Officer): "Thank you for casting your votes Please approach the exit."

Scene 3: Announcement of Election Results

Roles: 3 Members - Election Official and Representatives for Reaction

Guragam (Narrator): "The voting has concluded, and it’s time to announce the results.
The Election Oncial will now reveal the number of seats each party has won."

Aaron (Election Official): "Thank you to all citizens for participating in this democratic
process. The results are now in. Congress has secured the majority of seats, with AAP
and BJP also gaining significant support."

Rishon (Congress Representative 1): "Thank you, everyone! This is a victory for the
people. Congress will work hard to fulfill the promises we made."

Daniel (AAP Representative 1): "Congratulations to Congress. We respect the decision of


the people and will continue to work as an effective opposition for the betterment of
everyone."

Arush (BJP Representative 1): "Thank you to everyone who supported us. We respect
the people’s decision and will collaborate to fulfill the promises we made to you."

Scene 4: Voting for the President of India

Roles: 4 Members - Elected MLAs/MPs and Election Official

Guragam (Narrator): "With the election over, the newly elected MLAs and MPs now
participate in selecting the President of India. Each party has agreed to support Droupadi
Murmu for this esteemed position."

Shirvin (Election Official): "Today, we gather to vote for the President of India. All MLAs
and MPs, please cast your votes."

Rayan (Congress MLA): "As a representative of the people, I cast my vote for Droupadi
Murmu as the President."

Emmanuel (AAP MLA): "We support Droupadi Murmu, recognizing her dedication and vision
for the country."
Basheer (BJP MLA): "Droupadi Murmu has our backing as well. Let’s work together to build a
bright future for India."

Aaron (Election Official): "The votes have been counted. Droupadi Murmu is oncially
elected as the President of India. Congratulations!"

Closing

Guragam (Narrator): "The electoral process has concluded, showing the strength of
democracy and the importance of every single vote in shaping the future of our
country. Thank you for witnessing this journey."
