Splunk NFR Program Guide
Splunk NFR Program Guide
Partner Eligibility
Splunk Partner+ Program members in good standing are eligible, excluding partners who are exclusively in the
Enrolled tier.
Product Eligibility
All licenses listed below are NFR Licenses and do not include Support for the respective license periods. For TAP
program partners, please see the TAP program guide for product eligibility details.
Currently Splunk does not provide NFR Licenses for its Phantom or Data Stream Processor products under this
program. For Data Stream Processor, work with your Splunk Account Sales team.
Prohibited Use
NFR Licenses may not be used on production (internal or otherwise) networks, resold, or otherwise distributed.
If a partner wishes to utilize Splunk for internal production use, the partner may be eligible to participate in the Internal
Use License Program (excludes MSP partners), and/or the partner may purchase a commercial Splunk license.
A partner may not use a NFR License to manage a service being offered to a Customer. If a partner wishes to use
Splunk Software as an MSP such partner must (i) become an MSP Partner of Splunk and (ii) purchase the licenses
under the terms of the Splunk Partner+ MSP Program.
Terms
Splunk reserves the right to audit partner usage of NFR Licenses and may revoke NFR Licenses if they are being
used for a prohibited use.
