a robot can perform at a faster, more consistent rate, then the fear is that humans
may not be needed at all. While these worries are understandable, they are not
really accurate.

amounts of energy. It will cause more pollution than other technologies.

The effects of this technology on society would not be comfortable: in
copying information from one display to another in real life, it needs to
rotate the eyes of the user to read the content on the other display, which is
not good especially for the health because of radiation and the physical
health of the worker using it in enterprise segments to perform the same
operation.

digital and printed text; it will affect society, especially me, because this
device is making us lazy to read such things as books.

Fitness Technology
Smart Pacemakers and Defibrillators- Physicians are installing more
pacemakers and defibrillators that are monitored by a smart device via
Bluetooth. These devices will affect us in society because they are monitored
remotely and work by transmitting information to clinicians. So if these
devices are transmitting the wrong information to doctors, this may lead to
huge problems. Unlike the traditional method, which is very precise in giving
information,
Genetically Modified Crops- This technology will raise concerns about the
long-term effects of genetic modification on the environment and human
health, as well as the potential for corporate control of the food supply.
In my own perspective, being a college student doesn't need to be smart; it
will only need to live wisely in order to survive the struggles. Because to live
wisely is a challenge to ourselves in how we deal with the things that we
encounter, how we handle things, and how we find ways to keep going.
Wisdom involves the ability to see other people's points of view and to use
this dialogical perspective in one's own thinking to seek the common good
by balancing one's own, others, and higher-order interests over the long and
short terms. Morality is our own way of distinguishing what is right from what
is wrong. It is our own understanding of what is good and bad. And our acts
are all based on our understanding of morality. The connection between
wisdom and morality is that without morality, true wisdom is unattainable.
The facts we have learned at this place will only fade with time, but morals
will guide us through life. Morality depends on knowledge, and knowledge
relies on perception. If something is not perceived, directly or indirectly, then
it cannot be understood at all, and certainly knowledge of it is impossible.
