HAL, Avionics Division, Hyderabad is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the
post of Diploma Trainee (Electronics) (unfilled backlog vacancy) in OBC Category on Permanent
Basis in the Non-Executive Cadre, to be posted in HAL, Avionics Division, Hyderabad or to any
Divisions/ Offices of HAL / Indian Air force Bases (IAF) Outstation bases.
3. Essential Qualification:
(i) Candidates applying for the above post should possess regular / full Time Diploma in in
Electronics & Communication Engineering acquired from recognized Institutions/ State
Board of Technical Education under the 10+3 system as on the date of submission of
application. The candidates should have minimum of 60% Marks, in the aggregate of all the
Semesters / Years or corresponding CGPA Ratings /Gradations in their qualifying
examinations.

(ii) Candidates possessing Qualification in any Discipline/Branch, other than prescribed
qualification, are not eligible to apply.
(iii) Percentage Rounding Off is not allowed to arrive at the aggregate percentage.
The upper age limit as on 08-12-2024 is 28 years. The upper Age limit is further relaxable by 3 years
in respect of OBC (Non -Creamy Layer) candidates.
(i) For getting reservation benefits under the OBC(NCL) category, the following are required to
be adhered to:
(iii) For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during
the period of 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989, upper Age limit is further relaxable by 5 years.
(iv) Ex-Apprentice Trainees: In case of Ex-Apprentice Trainees, if age bar comes in the way of
the candidate the same would be relaxed to the extent of the period for which the
Apprentice had undergone training, in line with the Apprentices Act,1961.

(v) Ex-servicemen:
a) Relaxation in age limit in respect of Ex-servicemen will be extended as per rules. An
ex-serviceman who has put in not less than six months of continuous service in the
Armed Forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service
from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit
prescribed for the post or service by more than 3 years, he is deemed to satisfy the
condition regarding the age limit.
b) The upper age limit in the case of disabled Ex-servicemen would be relaxed up to 45
years (48 years for OBC categories). The prescribed upper age limit in respect of
disabled Ex-servicemen is additionally relaxed by 3 years for selection as trainees, in
the Non – Executive cadre.
(vi) Post Qualification Experience: The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates with relevant
post qualification experience, to a maximum extent of 7 years. Relaxation in age would be
one year for every completed year of relevant post qualification experience, over and above
28 years, subject to a maximum age limit of 35 years. The persons claiming relaxation under
this sub-para would be required to produce an experience certificate issued from such PSUs
/ Central / State Government / Private Sector Organizations indicating the tenure of
engagement. Experience will be reckoned as on 08-12-2024.
(vii) Age of the candidate, after all applicable age relaxations should not exceed 56 years for
PwBDs as on 08-12-2024.
5. Place of Posting :
Selected candidate will be posted at Avionics Division, HAL, Hyderabad. However, they are
liable to be transferred / posted / assigned to any place where HAL has the Divisions / Offices / Bases
depending upon organizational requirements. No request for change of posting will be entertained
after joining.
6. Remuneration:
(i) The selected candidate will be under training for a period of one year. During their training
period, they will draw stipend per month which consist of the minimum Basic pay of
Rs. 23,000/- and Dearness Allowance on basic pay as applicable, Accommodation Allowance
(in case Company Accommodation is not provided).
(ii) In addition to the above, the trainees would be eligible for Medical Facilities, Leave etc.
admissible as per Company’s Policy.
(iii) After successful completion of one year of training, they will be absorbed in the regular scale
of pay as mentioned below:
(iv) The candidate will be on probation for a period of six months after absorption. Besides Basic
Pay, the selected candidate will be eligible to get other benefits such as DA (Revised
Quarterly), perks @ 25% of the Basic pay, HRA, Incentive, PF, Gratuity, Group Insurance etc.
(v) An annual increase of 3% shall be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory
performance.

7. Application Fee:
(i) Application Fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred Only) which is non-refundable is to be
paid (exempted in the case of PwBD / Ex-Apprentices of the Division / Candidates sponsored
by Employment Exchange). Applicable convenience Fee and Taxes, if any, over and above
the application Fee will be borne by the Candidates.
(ii) The Steps to be followed by the Candidate for payment of application fee in the Online SBI
Collect mode is as given below. The Candidates are requested to carefully go through the
steps before making the payment of Application Fee:
a) By clicking on the Payment Link provided, page will be directed to Online State Bank
Collect;
b) Check whether HAL (AVIONICS DIVISION), HAL CAMPUS is displayed;
c) The payment category will be Receipts.
d) You are required to enter the details such as Name, Mobile No., Location, Purpose,
Account No, Amount, Date of Birth, Email ID etc as displayed in the page. Fill all details
accurately and double check the details;
e) On submitting the details, payment page will be displayed. Choose from the various
payment option such as Debit / Credit / Card /UPI/ Net Banking etc and make the
payment.
f) Note – SBI Collect Reference Number and also save the Screenshot after successful
completion of payment as the same needs to be uploaded.
(iii) Application Fee once deposited into Company’s account will not be refunded under any
circumstances, even if the candidate is unable to apply online or due to being ineligible at the time
of applying or rejection of application Online. Therefore, before depositing the application fee,
candidates should ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria; HAL will not be responsible in case
a Candidate deposits the Application Fee to the wrong Account / multiple payments etc.
(iv) Candidate is required to print the Application Confirmation Page for future reference.
Candidates are advised to pay the Application Fee and also complete the above process well before
the closing date and time and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection /
inability / failure to login to the Website on account of heavy load on Internet or Website jam. In
case of non-payment of Application Fee and not completing the above steps, the Application will
be incomplete and the same will be rejected.
8. Registration Process:
Before Registering the Application, the Candidate should possess the following:
a) Valid E-Mail id that should remain active till the Completion of the Selection Process;
b) Caste Certificates;
c) All Certificate/Testimonial in respect of Qualification;
d) For Uploading Photograph in the Online Application Form: Photograph must be a
recent Passport Size colour Photograph. The image of scanned Photograph should
be in jpg format and size be minimum 30KB and not exceed 50 KB;
(e) For Uploading Candidate Signature in the Online Application Form: Candidate should sign
on white Paper with pen and scan it. The image of scanned Signature of the Candidate
should be in jpg format and size be minimum 30KB and not exceed 50 KB;

Eligible and Interested Candidates are required to apply Online Only, through HAL

(23.59Hrs). No other means/mode of Application will be accepted
9. Selection Procedure
(i) The Selection will be done through Written Test, which will be conducted at Hyderabad.
The tentative date of the written test is 22-12-2024.
(ii) Eligible Ex-Apprentices trained at HAL, TTC, Hyderabad who apply online based on the
communication received from HAL will be called for the written test, subject to their
meeting the notified criteria.
(iii) If the number of candidates with the above prescribed percentage (i.e. 60% & above) of
marks in the Qualifying examination are large in number, the Company reserves the right to
decide the cut-off percentage for calling the candidates for the written test, based on the
marks secured in the qualifying examination i.e. Diploma in Electronics and Communication
Engineering.
(iv) Candidates, who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria, will be called for written test and
intimation in this regard will be through HAL Website / e-mail. Candidates are required to
attend the Written Test on the date, time and venue at their own expenses, which will be
mentioned in their e-Admit Card. The Candidates have to download his / her Admit Card
from the Link provided in HAL Website (www.hal-india.co.in). Admit Card will not be sent by
Post.
(v) The Written Test will be of 2 ½ hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising of
Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part-I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness,
Part-II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning. Part-III will consist of 100
questions in Electronics and Communication Engineering discipline. Each question carries 1
mark and there is no negative Marking.
(vi) Candidates are required to bring Admit Card, one recent Passport Size Colour Photograph
(Not older than 30 days from the date of submission of application) & one of the Original
Photo Identity Card viz., Voter ID Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, ID
Card (by Central / State Govt. / PSU for their employees), ID Cards (by Govt. Agencies
authorised), ID Cards (by College/ Institute where last studied) along with Xerox copy of the
Photo ID Card self-attested, to prove their identity before the Invigilator, failing which they
will not be allowed to appear for the Written Test.
(vii) Selection of the candidates will be done based on the Marks scored in the Written Test only,
in the order of Merit.
(viii) Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test. Candidates
who qualify in the Written Test will be called for Document Verification in the order of
merit. The number of candidates called for Document Verification will be limited to the
number of Posts notified . Inability of the candidates to produce the requisite documents
at the time of document verification shall render them liable for non-consideration of their
candidature. No undertaking for production of documents in respect of eligibility criteria
with regard to age, qualification & experience on a later date will be allowed.
(ix) Engagement of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste (wherever applicable)
and Character & Antecedents from the concerned Authorities, as per the Rules of the
Company. The candidates should bring all the relevant original certificates / testimonials
etc., along with one set of self-attested photo copies in support of educational qualifications,
experience, date of birth, caste certificate (In Central Govt. format),disability certificate;

Experience and other certificates as per advertised eligibility criteria etc., All the relevant
and required documents as per the advertised criteria will be scrutinized during document
verification stage and those candidates who are found to be meeting the advertised criteria
will only be considered for selection. Additional candidates will be called for Document
Verification in the order of merit till such time the number of candidates qualifying in
Document Verification process is equal to the posts advertised.
(i) Candidates qualified in the Document Verification will be issued Provisional Offer and they
(including PwBDs) are required to undergo Pre-employment Medical examination at HAL
Hospital. No relaxation in Health Standards will be allowed.
(ii) Candidates should meet the Medical Standards as prescribed by the Company. Appointment
of selected candidates is subject to receipt of satisfactory Medical Report from the
Company’s Doctor as per the Medical Standards of the Company.
(iii) The decision of the Company’s Doctor in this regard will be final and binding.
(iv) Additionally, in respect of PwBDs, the suitability for appointment in relation to the disability
will be decided on the basis of Reports of the Medical Board attached to the Special
Employment Exchanges for Physically Handicapped and till such time their engagement in
HAL will be provisional. Appointment of selected PwBDs will be subject to verification of
Disability Certificate from the concerned Authorities as per the Company Rules.
(v) On satisfactory receipt of Medical Report from the Company’s Doctor as per the medical
standards prescribed by HAL, Police Clearance report and Vigilance Clearance (if applicable)
from the concerned Authorities, Final offer of Engagement will be issued as per the rules of
the Company.
(i) Applications for the notified posts will be received online. Eligible and interested candidates
are required to visit careers page of HAL website, i.e., www.hal-india.co.in and apply online
through the link provided under Avionics Division, Hyderabad (from 28-11-2024 till
08-12-2024 (23:59 hrs)). No other means / mode of Application will be accepted.
(ii) Ex-Apprentices of HAL, Hyderabad will be able to register after due authentication using
their credentials like Apprenticeship ID No, Apprenticeship Training period from & To Date
etc. Any mismatch in the details may result in rejection of application.
(iii) A Candidate is eligible to apply for one post only for which he/ she is most eligible.
(iv) In case of multiple applications for same post, only the last valid (completed) application will
be retained and the application fee paid for other Registration will stand forfeited.
(v) Candidates are allowed to apply only once and applications once submitted cannot be
altered under any circumstances. Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail id and
Mobile Number which is to be entered in the Online application, so that intimation
regarding the Written Test, Document Verification, Medical Test etc., can be sent. HAL will
not be responsible for bouncing of e-mail sent to the candidates. They are also advised to
retain this e-mail ID active as any important intimation to them shall be provided by HAL to
the e-mail ID mentioned in the Online application only.
(vi) Request for change of Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Mailing Address, Category,
Qualification, Discipline etc., as declared in the Online Application will not be entertained.

(vii) If the information / certificates furnished by the candidates at any stage are found to be
false or incomplete or are not found to be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in
the advertisement, the candidature / appointment will be considered as revoked /
terminated at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or joining, without any
reference given to the candidate.
(viii) Any further Information / Corrigendum / Addendum would be uploaded only in HAL website
(www.hal-india.co.in).
(ix) The last date for submission of Online Application is 08-12-2024 (23:59hrs).
(viii) Candidates should clearly mention all the details sought in the Online Application Form. In
case of no clarity / discrepancy in the information provided, Application will be summarily
rejected. No communication will be sent to the candidates.
(ix) Persons with 40% or more relevant disability only are eligible to apply for the posts
identified for PwBD. Candidates are required to produce Disability certificate issued by the
Competent Authority (Annexure C) at the time of document verification.

(x) Furnishing wrong / incorrect information or suppression of relevant information will lead to
rejection of candidate and the application will be out-rightly rejected.
(xi) Screening and shortlisting for the Written Test will be based on the details provided by the
candidate in the online Application Form. Hence, it is necessary that applicants should
furnish only accurate, full and correct information. If the information submitted is false /
found to be not in order, at any stage of the Engagement / selection process or thereafter,
the candidature of the candidate will be summarily rejected / cancelled.
(xii) Appearance of the shortlisted candidates in the Written Test is provisional and it does not
entitle them for any claim for the post. They will be treated as debarred ab-initio at any
stage of the selection process in case they do not fulfill essential eligibility criteria. HAL’s
decision in this regard shall be final. The decision of HAL in all matters relating to eligibility,
acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, conduct of Written Test, etc., will
be final and binding on the candidates.
(xiii) HAL reserves all the right to cancel / restrict / modify the notification criteria /recruitment
process and / or the Selection Process there under, without issuing any further notice or
assigning any reason whatsoever. The number of vacancies can be modified as per the
discretion of the Company.
(xiv) Shortlisting of candidates for the Written Test will be purely provisional on the basis of
details furnished by the Candidate in Online Application without verification of Age,
Qualification, OBC - Non Creamy Layer Category/ PwBD etc.,) of the candidates.
(xv) Mere meeting the conditions of the Notification by the candidate (s) will not automatically
entail them to be called for Written Test / Document Verification /Selection and
Engagement.
(xvi) Applicants having work Experience in PSUs / Central / State Government / Private Sector
Organizations are required to submit an Experience Certificate on the letter head of the
Company. The letter head of the Company should have details of the Company. Candidate
having utilized the age relaxation will not be issued with the provisional offer without
producing experience certificate in the letter head of the Company. Experience certificate
must contain the Date of Joining, Date of Leaving, Designation etc.
(xvii) Engagement of selected candidates is subject to receipt of satisfactory Medical Report from
the Company's Doctor as per the medical standards prescribed by HAL, verification of Caste /
Disability Certificate (Wherever applicable) and Character & Antecedents, Vigilance
Clearance (as applicable) from the concerned Authorities, as per the Company Rules.
(xviii) Necessary information regarding the selection, written test etc., will be hosted on HAL
Website www.hal-india.co.in from time to time. All correspondences to the candidates will
be made via email on the e-mail id provided by the candidate in the online application. No
other method of communication will be adopted.

(ii) पीड ूबीडी : बचमाक िवकलांगता वाले यों (पीड ूबीडी) के िलए ऊपरी आयु सीमा म 10
वष तक (पीड ूबीडी ेणी से संबंिधत अ.जा./अ.ज.जा. के िलए 15 वष और अ.िप.व.के िलए 13 वष)
छूट है । इस उप-पैरा के तहत आयु सीमा म छूट का दावा करने वाले यों को अपने दावों के
समथन म िनधा रत ोफॉमा म एक माण-प जो स म ािधकारी ारा जारी िकया गया हो, ुत
करना होगा, िजसम प से दशाया गया हो िक शारी रक िवकलांगता की िड ी 40% या उससे
अिधक है।
(iii) जो अ थ 01-01-1980 से 31-12-1989 की अविध के दौरान सामा तः ज ू एवं क ीर रा के
िनवासी रहे हों, उनके िलए ऊपरी आयु सीमा म 5 वष की छूट दी जाएगी।
(iv) पूव- अ िटस िश :ु पूव- अ िटस िश ुओं के मामले म, यिद अ यथ की आयु सीमा आड़े आती है
तो िश ु अिधिनयम के अनु प, िश ु ारा िश ण ा करने की अविध तक छूट दी जाएगी।
(v) भूतपूव सैिनक :

(क) भूतपूव सैिनक, िज ोंने संघ की सश सेनाओं म कम से कम छ: महीने की िनर र सेवा की है,
को ऐसी सेवा की अविध को उसकी वा िवक आयु से घटाने की अनुमित दी जाएगी और यिद
प रणामी आयु,पद या सेवा के िलए िनधा रत अिधकतम आयु सीमा से 3 वष से अिधक नहीं है, तो उसे
आयु सीमा संबंधी शत को पूरा करने वाला समझा जाएगा।
(ख) िवकलांग भूतपूव सैिनकों के मामले म ऊपरी आयु सीमा म 45 वष तक की छूट दी जाएगी
(अ.िप.व. के िलए 48 वष)। िवकलांग भूतपूव सैिनकों के संबंध म कायपालकेतर वग म िश ु के प
म चयन हेतु िनधा रत ऊपरी आयु सीमा म 3 वष की अित र छूट दी गई है।
(vi) यो यता ा प चात अनुभव: ासंिगक यो ता के बाद के अनुभव वाले अ यिथयों के िलए ऊपरी
आयु सीमा म अिधकतम 7 वष की छूट दी जाएगी। 28 वष से अिधक ासंिगक यो ता के बाद के
अनुभव के ेक पूण वष के िलए आयु म एक वष की छूट दी जाएगी, जो अिधकतम आयु सीमा 35
वष के अधीन होगी। इस उप-पैरा के तहत छूट का दावा करने वाले यों को िनयु की अविध
इं िगत ऐसे सा.उ./ क ीय/ रा सरकार /िनजी े के संगठनों से जारी अनुभव माण-प ुत
करना होगा। अनुभव की गणना िदनांक 08.12.2024 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
(vii) सभी लागू आयु छूट के बाद अ यथ की आयु िदनांक 08.12.2024 को पीड ूबीडी के िलए 56 वष
और अ अ यिथयोंके िलए 55 वष से अिधक नहीं होनी चािहए।
5. तैनाती का ान
चयिनत अ यथ को एिवयािन स भाग, एचएएल, हैदराबाद म तैनात िकया जाएगा। तथािप,
संगठना क आव कताओं के आधार पर उनको िकसी भी ान पर त एचएएल के िकसी भी
भाग/कायालय/बेस को ानांत रत/तैनात िकया जा सकता है। कायभार हण करने के बाद तैनाती थान म
प रवतन के अनुरोध को वीकार नहीं िकया जाएगा।
6. पा र िमक
(iv) अ यथ आमेलन के प चात छ: माह के िलए प रवी ाधीन रहगे। चयिनत अ यथ मूल वेतन के अलावा
वे महंगाई भ ता (ितमाही आधार पर प रवत ), मूल वेतन के 25% की दर पर अनुल यों, म.िक.भ.,

7. आवेदन शु :
(i) अ यिथयों को आवेदन शु के प म 200/- पये (केवल दो सौ पये) का भुगतान करना होगा (जो
वापस नहीं िकया जाएगा। (िद ांग/ एचएएल, हैदराबाद के पूव िश ुओं / रोजगार के ारा

(iii) कंपनी के खाते म एक बार जमा िकया गया आवेदन शु िकसी भी प र ित म वापस नहीं िकया
जाएगा, भले ही अ यथ ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने म असमथ हो या आवेदन करते समय अयो हो या
ऑनलाइन आवेदन अ ीकृत हो। इसिलए, आवेदन शु जमा करने से पहले, अ यिथयों को यह सुिनि त
करना चािहए िक वे सभी पा ता मानदं डों को पूरा करते ह; यिद कोई अ यथ गलत खाते म आवेदन शु जमा
करता है / कई भुगतान करता है आिद तो एचएएल िज ेदार नहीं होगा।
(iv) अ यथ को भिव के संदभ के िलए आवेदन पुि करण पृ का ि ंट लेना आव क है। अ यिथयों को
सलाह दी जाती है िक वे आवेदन शु का भुगतान कर और उपरो ि या को अंितम ितिथ और समय से
पहले पूरा कर और इं टरनेट पर भारी लोड या वेबसाइट जाम के कारण वेबसाइट पर लॉग इन करने म अ मता
/ िवफलता की संभावना से बचने के िलए अंितम ितिथ तक ती ा न कर। आवेदन शु का भुगतान न
करने और उपरो चरणों को पूरा न करने की ित म आवेदन अधूरा माना जाएगा और उसे
अ ीकार कर िदया जाएगा।
8. पंजीकरण ि या:
(i) आवेदन पंजीकृत करने से पहले, अ यथ के पास िन िल खत होना चािहए:

(ii) अ यिथयों को कंपनी ारा िनधा रत िचिक ा मानकों को पूरा करना चािहए। चयिनत अ यिथयों की
िनयु कंपनी के िचिक ा मानकों के अनुसार कंपनी के डॉ र से संतोषजनक िचिक ा रपोट
ा होने के अधीन है।
(iii) इस संबंध म कंपनी के डॉ र का िनणय अंितम एवं बा कारी होगा।
iv) इसके अित र , िद ांग यों के मामले म, िवकलांगता के संबंध म िनयु के िलए उपयु ता
का िनणय शारी रक प से िवकलांग यों के िलए िवशेष रोजगार कायालयों से जुड़े मेिडकल
बोड की रपोट के आधार पर िकया जाएगा और तब तक एचएएल म उनकी िनयु अनंितम रहेगी।
चयिनत िद ांग यों की िनयु कंपनी के िनयमों के अनुसार संबंिधत अिधका रयों से
िवकलांगता माण प के स ापन के अधीन होगी।

जाित माण-प ुत करना आव क है। द ावेज़ स ापन के िलए ितिथ, समय और ान उन
अ यिथयों को सूिचत िकया जाएगा जो िल खत परी ा म अनंितम प से चयिनत ह, ईमेल के मा म
से (अ यथ ारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन प म दान की गई ईमेल आईडी पर)। इसे एचएएल वेबसाइट
(www.hal-india.co.in) पर भी हो िकया जाएगा;
iv. सभी यो ताएं दे श म उपयु वैधािनक ािधकरणों ारा मा ता ा भारतीय िव िव ालयों/सं ानों
से होनी चािहए।
v. जहाँ भी यो ता िड ी अथात िड ोमा इन इले टॉिन स ए ड क यूिनकेशन इं जीिनय रं ग म सीजीपीए,
लेटर ेड आिद दान िकए जाते ह, िव िव ालय/सं ान ारा अपनाए गए मानदं डों के अनुसार
आवेदन प म अंकों का समतु ितशत दशाया जाना चािहए। अ यिथयों को शॉटिल िकए
जाने/बुलाए जाने पर द ावेज़ स ापन के समय िव िव ालय/सं ान से इस आशय का पांतरण
माणप ुत करना होगा।
vi. एचएएल अिधका रयों को िकसी भी कार से भािवत करने या भत /चयन ि या से संबंिधत
आचरण म संिल होने पर अ यिथयों को त ाल अयो घोिषत कर िदया जाएगा।
vii. पद के िलए आवेदन करते समय, आवेदक को यह सुिनि त करना चािहए िक वह िनिद ितिथयों तक
ऊपर उ खत पा ता और अ मानदं डों को पूरा करता है और उसके ारा ुत िववरण सभी
मामलों म सही ह।
viii. अ यिथयों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन प म मांगी गई सभी जानका रयों का उ ेख करना चािहए।
दी गई जानकारी म ता/िवसंगित न होने की ित म, आवेदन को सरसरी तौर पर खा रज कर
िदया जाएगा। अ यिथयों को कोई सूचना नहीं भेजी जाएगी।
ix. केवल 40% या उससे अिधक िवकलांगता वाले अ याथ ही पीड यूबीडी के िलए पहचाने गए पदों के
िलए आवेदन करने के पा ह। अ यिथयों को द ावेज़ स ापन के समय स म ािधकारी ारा जारी
िवकलांगता माण प (अनुल क सी) ुत करना आव क है।
x. गलत/अनुिचत जानकारी दे ने या ासंिगक जानकारी को िछपाने पर अ यथ को अ ीकार कर िदया
जाएगा और आवेदन सीधे तौर पर खा रज कर िदया जाएगा।
xi. िल खत परी ा के िलए ीिनंग और शॉटिल ं ग ऑनलाइन आवेदन प म अ यथ ारा िदए
गए िववरण के आधार पर की जाएगी। इसिलए, यह आव क है िक आवेदक केवल सटीक,
पूण और सही जानकारी ही ुत कर। यिद ुत की गई जानकारी गलत पाई जाती है / सही
नही ं पाई जाती है, तो िनयु / चयन ि या के िकसी भी चरण म या उसके बाद, अ यथ की
उ ीदवारी को सरसरी तौर पर खा रज / र कर िदया जाएगा।
xii. िल खत परी ा म शॉटिल िकए गए अ यिथयों की उप ित अनंितम है और इससे उ पद के िलए
िकसी भी दावे का अिधकार नहीं िमलता है। यिद वे आव क पा ता मानदं ड को पूरा नहीं करते ह तो
उ चयन ि या के िकसी भी चरण म शु से ही वंिचत माना जाएगा। इस संबंध म एचएएल का
िनणय अंितम होगा। पा ता, आवेदनों की ीकृित या अ ीकृित, चयन का तरीका, िल खत परी ा का
संचालन आिद से संबंिधत सभी मामलों म HAL का िनणय अंितम होगा और अ यिथयों पर बा कारी
होगा।
xiii. एचएएल, िबना िकसी और नोिटस जारी िकए या कोई कारण बताए, अिधसूचना मानदं ड/भत ि या
और/या इसके तहत चयन ि या को र / ितबंिधत/संशोिधत करने का पूरा अिधकार रखता है।

xvi. पीएसयू/क /रा सरकार/ िनजी े के संगठनों म काय अनुभव रखने वाले आवेदकों को कंपनी के

होना चािहए। आयु म छूट का लाभ उठाने वाले अ यथ को कंपनी के लेटर हेड पर अनुभव माण प

www.hal-india.co.in पर उपल कराई जाएगी। अ िथयों से सभी प ाचार ऑनलाइन आवेदन म
अ थ ारा दी गई ईमेल आईडी पर ईमेल के मा म से िकए जाएं गे। संचार का कोई अ तरीका
नहीं अपनाया जाएगा।
xix. िकसी िवशेष ीकरण के मामले म, अ यथ एचएएल, एिवयािन स भाग , हैदराबाद को
