Task 2: Land Development and Market information

Assume that there is Underdeveloped Land and needed to transfer for Developer through Lease

Project 3: Database Creation Using SQL or Access database

 Activity 1: Create New Folder in local disk ‘D’ with name ‘SQL_Db’ and your database
with name ‘ProjectDb’ by giving folder path. Use Size for your database 500MB to
Maximum of 1GB.

 Activity 2: In ‘ProjectDb’ above, Create the first table with ‘Lan holder’ and the second
table with ‘Parcel”. Choose appropriate data type for all fields in both table as well as
keys for both table. Create relationship between tables.

 Activity 3: Insert given data to both tables accordingly.

Table1= Land_Holder

Table 2= Parcel

• Activity 4: Create query to display the following table.(Hint Use ‘Join’ two tables)

• Activity 5: Show the query parcel area(sqm) = 300 (Hint use SELECT query)

• Activity 6: Display the SQL database(In this case ‘ProjectDB’)using web browser(Internet)
